The garment i purchased was fine

The garment i purchased was fine, but i was very disappointed with the way it had been pack. It was screwed up into a ball, not folded in any way. The garment was extremely creased. These garments are NOT cheap, and I would have thought that more care would have been taken when packaging!!

The wrong colour was sent but received a call and the correct colour is being sent out to me. It has been rectified immediately by Portare, first class service. Thank you

My purchases never arrived

My purchases never arrived, many emails and messages over a two week period to Portare failed to resolve the matter.
They have now finally stated they will send another parcel but it still hasn’t arrived.
Wouldn’t purchase from the company again

Nearly one month on and still no item…

Nearly one month on and still no item received which I have paid for! I have emailed the company 3 times and no reply! Claim having to be done via my PayPal shocking customer service! Do not buy from this company!

I would give it zero if possible

I would give it zero if possible. I ordered in November and received no items. I was still chasing for a refund as recent as last week. They cancel PayPal refunds ( stops you keeping resolution case open) just before it clears. Luckily I'd alerted PayPal who finally got my refund yesterday as they manually took it from them.

Their excuses are full of holes, they have removed the review tab from FB due to so many being scammed.
Do not buy anything from them. You will fight for a refund.
Disgusting attitude, rude and since discovered they do this to many many others.

Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. Do not order from this company! I placed an order in November, paid for next day delivery, nothing arrived.Was told all orders issued on a certain day had gone missing so they would send item out again, signed for, still nothing. After numerous emails asking for a refund, I have had one response advising a refund would be processed, I am still waiting and it’s now February. It’s criminal that they have kept my money.

Please don’t order

I have ordered before with no issues, however I placed an order 30/12. I have not received my items.
I have called continuously, I have spoken to Richard the owner who said someone from the office would call me within the hour.
No call.
I then went through to the office where I was advised that no one works there.
I am appalled
I have now reported the company to my bank who have responded to say they will refund my money (NatWest) brilliant bank
I just can’t believe that this company can do this to people, even in normal times it’s bad enough, but now when some people are struggling it’s just so wrong

Dreadful Customer SErvice

Ordered on 1st Dec 2020, nothing received to date - no refund, no goods, no replies to my many emails - I have reported them to Trading Standards.

Dreadful customer service - I've been a loyal customer since 2017 and have bought many items off them - never ever again.

It looks like im in the same boat as everyone else!!!!
ordered and paid my money £77.50 in Dec still nothing has arrived !!!!!!
ive emailed and phoned no answer or reply, looks like were all getting ignored..
so so unprofessional.. so it looks like ive just waved goodbye to my hard earned cash.
so i'm gonna to the trading standards its not acceptable they need to refund people or speak to us, im not unreasonable i have my own business problems need to be faced

Having finally received my order albeit…

Having finally received my order albeit a different colour because of course they had sold out of original I was informed that I could use a£10 voucher against this purchase and I would get the refund . This was on the 17 th December . I still have not received it . On trying to get through to customer service the call keeps cutting out . I would be very wary about ordering from this company . They are unreliable and difficult to contact . I have also tried e mail but those have been ignored
