Very pleased with my purchase, ordered my new bag and wash bag very easily online. Was kept informed about my order all the way upto my new bag arriving. I love it,just what I have been looking for for ages. Really good size for weekend's away and the leather is lovely and soft. Really good on price too.

I ordered the Roma holdall the large rucksack and a toiletries bag. I was really impressed with the quality of the items. Simple and straightforward ordering process via the website. The delivery was quick even though it was split into two packages. Highly recommended I can’t wait to have the chance to use them.

I ordered and paid for a genuine leather holdall with matching wash bag, on Friday and it arrived on Monday morning. You can't get better service than that. Plus the fact that the holdall is top quality.
I am absolutely delighted as I had previously ordered one from an obscure company which accepted Paypal and it's turned out to be a scam. Still awaiting a refund. Thank you Porterbello. I will certainly recommend this company. Order with confidence.

Porterbello were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I got my girlfriend the Turin distressed leather duffel, although unfortunately it had just gone out of stock, a man named Paul got in touch with me that evening (Sunday!) to sort it out for me; it turned out they had one more distressed leather duffel in the Rome style (similar size, just round top not tapered and other minor details), he made sure that we got it, it arrived promptly, the quality is fantastic. It really is an outstanding product. Plus, Paul included a matching toiletries bag for our trouble, although thanks to him the trouble was absolutely minimal. I really recommend this company for their quality of product AND for their quality of service.
