Purchased The Rome holdall and wash bag for my partner's Birthday and he absolutely loves them.
Great product, the leather is really good quality, it looks classy, strong, sturdy, it's beautifully lined and the Poterbello tag & dust bag is a nice touch.
Customer service was by far the best I'd recieved after contacting various other bag companies, they were helpful and quick to respond to my questions. Delivery was within 48 hrs of payment, very impressive.
I would highly recommended this company, the bags are just stunning and I will certainly look at buying from them again in the future.

Beautiful leather. Great quality.
Was dubious about buying online as you obviously can't see or touch the bag but I was thrilled with the quality when I received it. The colour and condition of the leather was just as it looked in the pictures, a beautiful distressed tan. It's honestly perfect and I can't wait for my boyfriend to open it on Christmas day.

If only you could get this level of service everywhere..
Fast delivery and a fast reply to questions about the product.
Everything seemed fine on arrival and the bag felt like it would probably outlive me. Although I did noticed that the clips for the strap might cause a bit of a problem, as they could be opened from pulling forces in certain directions, so I sent them a message with that feedback and they took it on board and were polite and thankful for the feedback. If only you could get this level of service everywhere.

We are really sorry that there appears to be an issue with your satchel and that you feel waiting one week from order for delivery from the UK to UAE is unreasonable. Standard delivery was paid for by you, but we still used a premium 2-4 working days service. The delivery was booked on the 18th june (1 day after your order) collected on the 19th and delivered on the 24th within the specified timeframe.
We have never had an issue with satchels ripping like this. The satchel has quick release straps, so there is no need for there to be any strain at this point at all.
We have worked really hard to build an excellent reputation for service & quality & would have happily tried to deal with the issue speedily & to your satisfaction.
We are a little disappointed that without even letting us reply (the same day) to try & resolve the issue, you have chosen to give really unfair negative reviews on Facebook & Trustpilot.
We get very few customer returns & have excellent feedback. Almost without exception our customers are really pleased with our bags.
For a bag to fail at this position it has been forced rather than simply opened using the quick release clips which we're tested before despatch.
We could have simply sent you a replacement clip. We are a small UK based business and have worked really hard to build a good reputation for quality and service. We have nearly 2,000 positive ebay reviews and no neutral or negative reviews.
All our satchels are made with high quality hunter leather and unlike most leather satchels, we even line the inside flap with leather. We add quick release clips and full detachable leather straps.
