Easylife

I received some literature from Easylife regarding a product called Prostaphytol . In a leaflet with endorsements by medical experts it was explained that Prostaphytol would cure prostrate problems particularly experienced by older men.
Persuaded by the leaflet I purchased 3 bottles of Prostaphytol at a cost of about £120.
A few weeks after purchasing the product I received a telephone call from a medical consultant at Easilife saying that because Protaphytol flushes from the body quickly it might not work. Instead, I should now purchase some patches.
Unbelievable, that only a few weeks after buying their product I should be told by one of their representatives that I could have wasted my money.
I certainly will not be having any more dealings with Easylife

I ordered some face masks from Easy…

I ordered some face masks from Easy Life back at the start of the pandemic as they were difficult to get hold of elsewhere. They took several weeks to arrive, but at least they did. Ever since then I keep receiving regular phonecalls from them, in which they refer to my previous order and try to frighten me that there will be a further upsurge in the New Year, that masks will be in short supply and that I need to order a large batch now which they offer to let me have at a special discount, being a valued customer (what ? after one order ?). I tell them I'm not interested and ask them not to ring again, but they keep ringing nonetheless. They ask for my date of birth as a 'security check' and ask how worried I am about the coronavirus, but I reckon they're just trying to assess whether I'm elderly and maybe vulnerable and easily scammed. More recently I've been getting calls to my mobile which ring off before I get chance to answer. They can ring several times a day and the numbers they ring from are different each time. Googling these numbers it always comes up that they are connected with Easy Life. I constantly receive emails from Easy Life, and receive endless catalogues through the post, as well as finding them in the local newspaper and magazines. I can block the emails, but my mobile does not have a facility to block incoming numbers. Easy Life clearly pass your details on to independent and dodgy marketing companies who don't play by the rules. I can tell my credit card company not to accept payments to Easy Life, but if Easy Life have also passed my credit card details to umpteen unknown marketing companies how can I stop them from taking unauthorised payments other than to cancel my card. They need to be stopped from trading.

Replacement refusal

Just tried to get a replacement for a faulty item which I purchased in February and delivered in April. Was informed that I would have to get proof from an expert that it wasn't working - this is for an item worth £14.99 and less than a year old! With that sort of customer service, it's surprising they have any customers at all

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…

DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL.
My father aged 82 and on a state pension ordered some items from one of those booklets that Easylife distribute.
The order was dispatched to the courier , but the courier stated that their was a problem with it (believe it may have been received by them damaged) and they liased with Easylife and sent it back. No replacement was sent out - we waited months. Trying to call Easylife is impossible- The automated service does not allow you to even leave a message - just advises you to go on the website. I went on the Easylife website and sent 4 emails to customer services and didn’t get a single reply.
SHAME ON YOU EASYLIFE- you robbed an 82 year old pensioner.

Avoid easylife. Do not purchase from here

I can only presume this business is named ironically. Easylife Group (trading as: Easylife, Tensor Marketing, Cafe Mio, Good Ideas, Positive Health, Evergreen, Lifestyle Perx, Easylife Book Club, Easylife Motoring Club, Easylife Supercard, Easylife Lotto Syndicate and Easylife Gardening Club) together are a shambles of a business.

Use them and you will be sure to experience a mass of unwanted emails and/or mailing, incredibly slow order processing times, extremely poor customer service and harassing phone calls post-sale... A team and website that leaves order statuses on 'awaiting pick' for upwards of two weeks is unacceptable. It's now three weeks later having placed my order online with Easylife and my goods still haven't arrived, no explanation has been provided, no refund has been offered, and emails sent to customer service have been met with total radio silence. Oh actually, I did get one (non-automated) reply however this was clearly a templated email that didn't actually answer the question I had asked!

This business deals largely with older, elderly and/or vulnerable people who are perhaps less aware of dodgy businesses and technology; and frankly Easylife's treatment of them stinks. My advice to anyone considering shopping or doing business with any facia operated by Easylife is not to do so! Find an alternative business that cares about its customers even the slightest bit. I will be waiting one more week before contacting my credit card company. Avoid!

no response no refund for faulty item

Ordered from this company and a product arrived faulty. No response on the phone or by email, 6 weeks later and still emailing to try and get a refund! I am going round in circles. Even wrote a good old fashioned letter of complaint and not getting anywhere-do not order from them and avoid! I will never be ordering from them again!

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

Worst on-line company that I have experienced - DO NOT TRY TO PURCASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!
I placed and order(OR11581852) around March/April. Not sure of actual date as it was so long ago! Advised straight away that there will a 'slight' delay due to Covid19. As one item was a garden hose I started trying to chase it after a month. No respose received except another Covid19 excuse! Finally in July I cancelled order by email. No acknowledgement received but not surprised. Suddenly, on September 1st they took full payment of £64.97 from my account and advised that order was on its way -cancelation ignored! Hermes, the transport company advised that they had the parcel. Queried why no delivery with Hermes AND Easylife after a week. No response from either. Finally I get an email from Hermes that they are unable to locate my parcel anywhere in the system and have now closed my query as a 'lost' item.
I passed this email onto Easylife asking for a full refund and that I DO NOT WANT a replacement despatched. Tried to phone them without any response today the 24th September as I still have not got my money back. I will be contacting Trading Standards next week if no refund is received.
I wish TP would allow a ZERO value for the very bad companies as this one would qualify

After sales service is non-existent. Do not buy from them.

I should check reviews. I recently bought a dual headed mop. It was delivered in good time but the handle had a wrong part, which needed replacing. Their delivery note says ask for the part. So I rang. They are not taking phone calls. So I emailed, twice. Absolutely no response. I have now returned the mop, but I am not holding my breath that I get a refund.

EASYLIFE GROUP - Defrauding Elderly & Disabled

This company are fraudsters of the lowest order. They scam mainly elderly and disabled people out of money for goods that never arrive. I have started a group on FACEBOOK, EASYLIFE ACTION GROUP, or TWITTER @GroupEasylife. They must be stopped! Please Join!

Elderly mother scammed

I ordered an outside tap cover for my elderly mother, her name on the order but using my card. They called her and said they order had been dispatched and then proceeded to ask personal questions including wanting to know her car registration etc🤷‍♀️ What does that have to do with this order I have no idea. By the end if the call they said you will get paperwork if you don’t want to go ahead call and cancel, she has no idea what it is. She was so confused and upset by the experience. I have tried to call and have been either put on hold or repeatedly cut off, emails are ignored. Total scam company targeting elderly people as they get confused should be ashamed. As in my emails and calls they need to call me and have NO permission to take further money from my account!!

I had £39.00 taken out of my bank…

I had £39.00 taken out of my bank account on the 5th June 2020, even though I had not ordered any goods. This could be to do with a pushy gentleman I had on the phone who tried to get me to join some sort of club. I told him to send me the info in the post and I would look at it. He didn't send me any info. I rang them and was told the waiting time was 80 minutes. I then emailed them on the 6th June and had no reply. I then wrote to them on the 31/7/2020 signed for and still have not had a reply. I am now going to go through trading standards as I am determined to get my £39.00 back. Terrible company will never deal with them again. Jean Platton

They take your money and run.

As with all the other reviews, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They took £60 out of my account back in June for a jigsaw organiser. They sent the incorrect item three weeks later and it’s impossible to get through to them to get it sorted. Three emails, two attempts at phone calls. 84th in the queue for customer services when I rang on Tuesday. Straight through on the ordering line who can’t help with complaints.
Next step is contacting my credit card for reimbursement.
Most shocking company I’ve ever dealt with. They need to be closed down.

I called there order line today

I called there order line today, after waiting I waiting for 50 minutes on the phone to customer service, surprise surprise they answered on the 2nd ring. I told them my e mail's to them are undeliverable and no one answers t h e customer service phone. I said amazing that the order line can be answered so Quickly. Anyway after complaining above to the girl and I told them I felt they were scamming people as the are still taking orders but do not supply the goods she cheesy said thank you for your call is there anything else I can help you with today I could of squashed the image of the smarmy smiley face I imaged she was doing. Perhaps if we all bombarded the order line with complaints it might stop them charging people for goods they will never get.

Hopeless service

Hopeless service, phoned at 9 o'clock to be told I was 74 in the queue. Waited half an hour, second time I've attempted to ring. When I made the first order I left my email address and home telephone, no response at all. Discovered despite the claim 'this is the only company operating', have discovered lots of companies at the same address. Was offered £10 compensation for undelivered goods, but cancelled the order in the end. Have reported them to trading standards. Where does 'Four stars' with trust pilot come in their latest catalogue? Do NOT use this company.
