Very negative experience! I should have backed out when Agent informed me of a AED 525 hidden fee! But, there's more! Only physically met the agent at Positive Properties office - 20 minutes away from the property.

Apartment initially appeared in decent condition, only needing cleaning. After signing and having DEWA on, it became apparent that the apartment was in bad shape (cracked walls, needed painting, broken bathroom flooring). When I reached out to Positive Properties agent, was told 'landlord says you could handover in the same condition'. Rude, unprofessional, discourteous and dishonest. The commission was paid for absolutly nothing. Very poor service. Very negative experience. Would NOT recommend.

Mrs Nora Abdukhafizova is very professional agent where she showed a high level of professionalism in dealing with both the landlord and tenant. She is a trustable person where she delivered all promises on time. I am strongly recommending her to deal with - excellent job and excellent follow up

Mrs. Nora did actually professional work, she's detect to her job wish passion, and she follow up even the small stuff to deliver a service beyond the expectations of her clients, due to my experience she handles a lot of issues with my old tenant and new one to close the deal, and she did her best to make everyone satisfy with the outcome.
