Topnotch Customer Service
I wrote my first letter by using Postalie 12 days ago. They told me that I was going to receive a confirmation email about my order but I did not. I still haven't received any updates about my letter. I could not give a super bad review because I do not know where to contact them with my issue and it would be unfair for them to be reviewed badly for something that they weren't addressed about.
Update: I was able to contact them now. The customer service representative was really accommodating and responded very quickly. Every single concern that I had was resolved. Thank you very much. Can't wait to send a letter again with Postalie!

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience. Very easy to use, practical, filled with many details and suprises such as a personalized signature section, that I've used to make a drawing that my friend will definitely love. As well as the many services they offer, such as sending a card to a celibrity you love...10/10!!!
