Made an order which stated 10 working…

Made an order which stated 10 working days, very little update and was not shipped within 10 working days. I emailed and requested them to cancel my order and refund me to which they did not. I then received an email a few days later saying it had been shipped. I then received my order today and 4 items are missing but I’ve been charged for it. I have now emailed again regarding this. The customer service is extremely poor with this company. I wish I never ordered from them, many google reviews suggest to avoid also. I wonder how long it will take to get my money back for the missing items!

Such poor customer service

Same issues as everyone else.. ordered in November and only updates I am receiving are generic holding emails that they moved warehouse.

Really this should have been communicated beforehand and new orders should not be taken until you can catch up. The customer service has been poor which is what frustrates people even more, if there was actually someone answering emails and explaining then the backlash may be less. You should be working in date order so should be able to provide an EDD to people and this should be communicated. Just be honest.

Ordered 22nd November and no order…

Ordered 22nd November and no order delivery other than an email saying they are backed up and cannot give a date for dispatch which is amongst any 300 emails with all the other sales they have on at the moment and discount codes.

If they are that backed up they cannot even provide a dispatch date and can only offer a maybe on whether it will be here for Christmas then they shouldn’t be taking any more orders on!

Same awful experience as everyone else…

Same awful experience as everyone else at present.. I ordered 6 weeks ago and have finally had a delivery - seemed like random stuff had just been stuffed in a box without checking- half the items we’re missing, one item sent was incomplete and there was no paperwork with the items - the customer service doesn’t exist and they have stopped taking calls. AVOID! Now trying to get a refund from poundtoy.

POOR RATING Unable to deliver Items

Unable to deliever Items. It seems they have been unable to keep up with recent order's or blaming a failed warehouse move. I ordered items for Christmas in mid NOV and after several emails to them that went un-replied I finally got a response back and they can't even guarantee I will receive the order before Christmas. This company is a JOKE

Six weeks and still no delivery

I placed my order on 23rd October and still it’s not been sent. We’re on week six here! I just get auto responses to say it’ll here before here in time for Xmas. Looking at my own order and everyone else’s reviews on here. I don’t trust that it’ll be here in time so have emailed to cancel and get a refund. I’ll shop elsewhere so my child actually has a Christmas stocking this year. If you are thinking of placing an order with them, don’t bother. Update: no response to my emails asking for a refund so they clearly have someone sitting there reading the emails and sending auto responses, then ignoring the refund emails.

As like with a lot of people on here it seems I placed my order first of November! Constant marketing emails the only correspondence I had was to tell me that they were moving warehouse so will be a bit of a delay! Who moves warehouse bang before Christmas when it was a stocking filler advert that caught my eye! Anyway emailed yesterday saying I wanted it before the weekend or a
Full refund! No response just a shipping notification!

Ok great I was getting my order! Turned up luckily I checked the contents! The three items that I most wanted weren’t in there! Emailed asking for an explanation: poor excuse of no stock available on those items…. WHAT! This was the first they were telling me when I questioned it? Such a bad bad company hoping people wouldn’t notice and get away with it!

I will never trust this company again!!

SCAM- AVOID!!!!!

Had my order since OCTOBER and still not received delivery mid December.

They cannot tell me when I will get it either!

AVOID - they are still taking orders and telling people 3-5 days delivery!!!!!!

would give a 0 if I could as you don't even deserve one god dam star! avoid this company at all cost!where is my order pound toy? you don't reply to anyone. has your company gone bust and you just don't want to refund or do anything? like come on! people have been waiting weeks if not months for orders. I been waiting nearly a month. this is now a scam! you don't reply to emails. phone is full. now trying live chat before I contact trading standers. you should be a shamed of yourself doing this to people in a cost of living right before Christmas!

Avoid!!! Waste of time!

Ordered 27th October, website banner said orders taking up To 10 days, fine by me as only needed for 20th December.
Emailed twice for updates, both times just received pre written responses about how there is warehouse issues and order will arrive in plenty of time for Christmas.
Eventually gave up on the order on 25th November and emailed to ask for a refund. 6 says later I received a reply saying that the warehouse is now operating and my order will be processed soon but they can't give a time frame or I can have a refund?? Clearly hadn't read my request for a refund so I replied again to ask for a refund which they did send over pretty soon after that.
This was my first time using this website and I had heard really good things, I was excited to find bargains for my sons birthday party and stocking fillers but severely disappointed with the customer service level and certainly will not be using again. No updates were given at all unless I emailed first and even then it wasn't truly an update because it was automated and the worst part is that these "updates" didn't even have an apology!
Then the cherry on top is the bombardment of emails about their new stocks and black Friday deals!!!
Why they are still taking orders is beyond me, absolutely disgraceful that they are still taking money and their website still says orders taking up to 10 days?? I suggest you avoid this company and pay a bit extra elsewhere for peace of mind thay you'll actually receive your order.

Please don’t bother

Please don’t bother, and if you’re expecting a delivery for Christmas, I would do what I did and cancel for a refund so you have time to buy other bits!
I ordered on 31st October ! And got one email to explain warehouse changes and delays of 10-14 days. That came and went, I chased to get generic emails everyone else has reported, basically telling me to be patient and not get in touch.
I ordered because I had heard good things about them, but wish I hadn’t now. The real issue for me is that they are pushing promotional emails almost 1-2x daily with sales and offers, but why take on more orders when you cannot fulfil orders from 2 months ago?
I asked for a refund, which they say they have processed, but I am yet to see the money back in my account. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother making an order in the first place, unless you have 6 months to wait for delivery!
Il be sticking to high street shopping and more reliable brands in future.

Placed an order 2nd November

Placed an order 2nd November. Tried to get an update but told one cannot be provided. Now trying to get a refund but not much joy so far.

Expected delivery between 5-7 days so items missed my kids birthday on 16th November. Don’t mind waiting but can’t get an update and a little frustrating that receiving relentless marketing emails which they shouldn’t be sending if they can’t fulfil existing orders.

I ordered 2 orders on the 16th November, I received half of 1 of the orders on the 1st December with no explanation as to where the rest of my order was! And am still waiting for my second order which was all for my sons stocking! Customer service is horrific so please don’t waste your money
