Ordered before and no issues. Ordered some items for Christmas stocking fillers 3 weeks ago and order is still showing as unfulfilled. Cannot get through to anyone, no response on email, webchat or phone.
Absolutely awful service. Worst thing of all is I received another text promotion from them a few days ago....but original order still not here. AWFUL.

Cant log into my account made an order £54 on the 23rd nov but cant cancel as its not letting me log in to get the order number and there is no way to contact them. I’m really disappointed if my order couldn’t be fulfilled they could have cancelled they have no way to contact them! Stay away
ITEMS NEVER ARRIVED
Ordered birthday presents 45 days ago and still not arrived. Missed the birthday so had to get something else…Keep chasing it up and receiving a generic email saying my items should be with me by Christmas. Am relying on this order as Xmas presents now but have no faith they’ll arrive. Can’t speak to anyone on the phone or in customer chat. So upsetting.

Never again! Placed an order 6 weeks ago. My order remains unforfulled but my family have received theirs, it's feels to me they are picking and choosing priority. Can't get and answer via phone or Chatt. Received the same email of excuses everyday I have requested an up date on my order. These are stocking fillers for my children I spent over £50. They will not inform me on how to obtain a refund.

Really awful company
Really awful company. Customer service is none existent. I ordered in the middle of November £53.50 worth of stocking fillers for my children and it’s still not been dispatched. Nobody will respond to my many many emails, can’t get through on the phone. I’ve ordered on years before and never had a problem so not sure what’s gone wrong this year. Really upsetting to have lost my money and I highly doubt I will ever receive this order.

Placed an order back in October worth over £100. No response to any emails or Facebook messages. Attempted to contact 8 times but still receiving emails advertising their products.
Absolutely shocking, been waiting 7 weeks for this to arrive, with 2 weeks to Christmas it’ll be a miracle If it arrives.

Awful. Still waiting for two deliveries, one from October, one from mid November (its now December 11th). When I asked them what was happening, I received an email telling me that my items will be here when the get here, which is not very helpful
Poor customer service and stuff not arrived
Ordered 5 weeks ago, not even dispatched, contacted via chat but get automated messages without answering my query, mail box is full so can’t leave a message and they don’t answer the phone! Iv ordered from this company in previous years and has always been great no issues. Like everyone else I ordered 17/10/22 waited patiently, raised a complaint six weeks later-then told it was dispatched (it hasn’t ever arrived) and now no response after being told I cannot request a refund until I have sent the items back?!!um…how can I do this when I haven’t even seen them yet?!So upset-absolutely disgraceful avoid avoid avoid!!!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service , all I get is generic replies. Ordered £60 worth of stock in mid November for 2 Christmas Stockings I have 2 young boys expecting them to be full on Xmas day! Cannot believe there has been NO contact to update me on whether this will be delivered in time for Christmas and STILL taking orders on !!

I don't know what they're playing at
I ordered mid November, didn't get a dispatch notification until I said I wanted a refund, only to have it dispatched immediately. Great! But when it arrived it contained nothing of what I'd ordered, but was just shoved with a few bits. I ordered £40 worth of stocking fillers and I've received utter rubbish. I'm shocked to be honest. What an appalling company!
Pleasantly surprised-Not what I was expecting
I won’t lie, I read these reviews first after finding a product I buy regularly at a cheaper price via poundtoy.com, and almost didn’t order because of the bad experiences.
I figured if something went wrong, I was using PayPal and it wasn’t a big loss with the great prices so went ahead and took the risk.
And I’ve just received my order today after about 2 days-which I wasn’t expecting at all.
Very pleasantly surprised and can’t complain at all. I’m sure some people will always have an unlucky experience but happy to come back and share how mine went. Nothing but great things in my opinion!

Same issue as all the others, ordered November and nothing received. I’ve requested a refund which hasn’t appeared either!
Really disappointed
Really disappointed. All of my son’s stocking bits ordered 4th November. I echo everyone else’s reviews. ESPECIALLY THE NEW EMAILS GETTING ME TO BUY MORE WHEN I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER FROM OVER A MONTH AGO!! I wonder if anyone is even receiving a refund. Stop advertising and sort out your back log!!!!! Baa bloody humbug!

Had to raise a request with my bank to get my money back in time to buy replacement things for Christmas. Completely ignoring refund request emails, have sent three now. No items recieved close to a month with no communication

The same as all the other reviews here. No customer service at all. What a terrible idea to keep taking orders when it is impossible to complete the ones they already have. Will never be using them again. Ps don't hold much hope for a refund.
