Bought a phone more than 2 weeks ago. Go promised to pick up a store in Frederiksberg 3/4 days. Phone never came. Came to the store a few days ago, after a very bad and dismissed service got told to come to the store today. I'm here, phone is not. I Am told to go by myself if I want today, otherwise I have to wait for a minimum of 10 DAYS!!!
I got then told by your vendor: "The phone is there in Herlev, if I want I have o go and catch myself. Don't bother call customer service, They will tell you the same and not help you."
What kind of service is that, Power? Is it because the phone is cheap? It was a birthday gift to a teenager. I'm appalled, literally appalled!!!

Attempted to order an e-reader and case through the website. Website would not allow me to select delivery for both items. Had to pay delivery on the e-reader and went instore to get the case that said it was in stock.
Went instore, they couldn’t find it, said it was possibly stolen or lost. Without any suggestions of workarounds so I left.
I returned later in the day to ask if I was to click and collect now, what would happen. Was told I would eventually get a refund.
No suggestions from the staff about what to do. I then asked them if they could order to the store. I found it laughable I paid .01 extra to to have it delivered between stores but whatever, I’ve come this far.
In summary - 3 trips to the store and one to the package point to sort a purchase that should have been online only.
The website customer service is also terrible and they seemingly don’t understand the difference between and ereader and a case/cover.
Update: Upon going instore to pickup my order, asked the counter, was directed to another desk, had to interrupt 2 employees chatting about their weekend. One took my order details, checked the system, then told me to speak to someone at another desk. Walked down to the other desk by the tv’s, same thing - looked it up and directed me to another desk. Head to the Phone area where I presented my order details, only for the employee to then head back to the main counter to check the stock room for my order. Why this took 4 interactions with staff is beyond belief. Terrible customer experience, seems typical of the Frederiksberg store based on the quantity of poor reviews already.
They always have plenty of staff around, they just seem to be very good at actively ignoring customers and providing subpar customer service.
Update 2) received a call to apologise for the service - offered for me to come in to receive compensation for the poor service. Score updated accordingly. Adam was very helpful.

I had a mixed experience at POWER.dk in Frederiksberg. While some staff were friendly and helpful, I encountered issues with a misleading phone subscription signup and unhelpful follow-up regarding a TV calibration service. Customer service has been slow to respond and address the problem. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement. 3 stars.

Horrible experience, first the promised delivery did not happen and i didn't even get a call to earn me, second I ordered a Samsung DU7105 but o was given instead a DU7100, at that point I didn't even return it because it would cost a lot just for the courier. Horrible experience, never again with Power.

I went to vesterport power store to buy Samsung tablet A9. They said they don't have but I can go to Frederiksberg store they have. I went there asked 2 guys they said they don't work for that section. One guy was dealing with tablets with another customer. I had to wait around 15 minutes and then he said they also do not have it in store, so I need to book it in advance. So I did. They I said I will pay cash and again around 8-10 minutes I was in line. Too much time consuming.
