Worst customer service.
I went to POWER in Glostrup on Friday, July 11, 2025, to buy a dishwasher for my kitchen. I brought some images and a short video of the area under the sink to give them an idea of my kitchen setup. After reviewing the video, they told me there would be no problem installing the dishwasher. Based on that, the salesperson immediately placed the order.
I told them that I had no experience with installing a dishwasher and asked, "Do you offer any installation service?" They replied, "Yes, it costs 999 kr for delivery and installation in your kitchen." I agreed to this.
Today, Tuesday, July 15, 2025, they came to deliver and install the dishwasher. However, after inspecting the kitchen sink, the technician said a ballofix valve was missing, so he could not proceed with the installation. He suggested I contact a VVS technician to install the ballofix and also informed me that I needed permission from the housing company before proceeding.
As a result, I decided to return the dishwasher and went back to POWER in Glostrup. Unfortunately, their attitude had completely changed. They told me it was my fault, and I should have known about the ballofix requirement. I kept explaining that I had shown images and a video of my kitchen sink area to their colleague before purchasing the dishwasher, but he would not listen. He behaved rudely and refused to refund the full amount. They kept repeating that it was my fault and that I had to pay for it.

Ordered new, but got second-hand product
Power shops are always a little less clean and neat than their largest competitor’s. That would be okay if they provided a better value for money. However, when I picked up a new universal laptop charger, sold to me for full price online without it being presented as “opened box” or “used” product, I have noticed (first when I came home, as I was in a hurry), that the box had been previously open and then resealed by the shop, indicated by a green tape. I needed the charger then and there, so I haven’t returned it. But I think discount was in order… especially because it had not been indicated anywhere when ordering the item.

Disappointing experience with the Click and Collect service
On February 14th and 17th, I placed two separate Click and Collect orders at your Glostrup branch, receiving confirmation on the 19th that they were ready. Upon visiting, only one item from the February 17th order was available; the other required a trip to your Ishøj branch. I retrieved that item, but was informed that my February 14th order, also designated for Glostrup Click and Collect, must be collected there. A return trip to Glostrup revealed the item was in stock, but I was told I'd receive notification of its arrival. I have yet to receive this notification, despite the item's availability at other branches.

This was my first experience to buy this kind of big technological product in abroad, thus I was nervous. I reserved my iPhone online and went to the branch to complete my order. The staff were kind and attentive. They suggested to buy screen protector with a discount and phone cover. The only negative thing I can say that still the accessories are really expensive, even if I don't think to buy immediately, I felt I need to buy it.
