I ordered a TV online. The staff member in store upsold me on picture quality but didn’t cover what was really important to me - the VESA wallmount and TV thickness. The new TV didn’t fit so i had to bring it back and buy the one i originally had ordered.

there have been a mix-up with the reimbursement process. I returned Kobo eReader but was reimbursed for something unrelated, a twin chocolate purchase.

The product was deficient and needed to be returned. I went twice to Herlev from Amager for a tape player that was substandard. There was hardly any staff at Herlev and they were as lively as a scarecrow. Finally, I returned the item at Vestebro after using three afternoons for nothing.

I ordered a Samsung 65 inch TV on Black Friday weekend Nov. 30. from Herlev BIG.
My order says: "Levering til POWER butik - Afhent om 2-5 hverdage"
It is Dec. 13 now and everytime I open the order delivery status the expected date has changed from Dec. 12 to 12-02-2025.
I can see the tv is in stock in other Power locations.
I can also see that Bilka and El Giganten have the exact same TV for the exact same price in stock in several locations.
I just don't understand Power's inconsistent delivery dates and non-commitment to honor their delivery "promises".
I thought I would try out Power's service becuase I usually use El Giganten. I'm really regretting my choice now.

I purchased a wine fridge and a refrigerator on 24.11.2024 with installation and delivery including the door installation of refrigerator as it was an integrated one. They promised for the delivery of all products for 27.11.2024. Only wine fridge came. Anyways, contacted power, they found another date for the refrigerator and confirmed the delivery for 27.11.2024 and nothing happened! No one came, no one informed. I constantly try to reach out to Power and they created a ticket for shop to take care of it but nothing happened. Finally found a date and confirmed the delivery on 5.12.2024 but guess what happened, the delivery guys came with the fridge but didn't install as it was not arranged in the right way by the shop - Power BIG Herlev. A purchase experience cannot be more exhausting than this.
And also I found out that the power cable didn’t delivered with it.

Click and collect should be easy. For the second time it wasn't. My parcel wasn't there, I had to go to 3 sections, speak to 4 different people to finally get another version of the orignal product I had ordered. When I initially ordered my product, delivery would have been in January 2025, but click and collect was an option. The staff were kind and friendly, but they don't need the stress. Please fix your processes for your customers AND your staff.
