Mobile Department

Not good service.
When I ask the specific Mobile phone the seller (I can not mention his name I want to see him on job). He just want customer (me) to buy and Taunting me on my Budget.
I have had bad experience with a phone company while bought a subscription from Power.
But the seller was constantly insisting me to buy the subscription which I did not want despite telling him I'm not intrested He was Taunting, Laughing with his other colleagues.
I kept his colleague mouth close that I'm talking and dealings to him Not You.

Cut a story short some of Power's seller Insist to sell their Phone subscription. Showing Expensive subscription in very fast, talkative and ambitious way. Which appears that they are selling Mobile Subscription in very cheap offer but in Reality they make Customer fool sell subscription very expensive.
They make customer irritate and customer wants to get rid of them. I would say it's bad really bad service they should talk very humbly in Easy and simple way of selling.

Not Tounting,Laughing and make laugh with other colleague, so that customer feel comfortable.
I'm happy and pleased being Power's customer but not with some of your mobile seller.
Hope my feedback will help improve your Customers care not Criticize.

Broken device

Device is not working properly and the only thing you can do is to take it for a month for the repair. Instead of swapping the broken for the new one. I have just bought that device (quite expensive)

I have been robbed for something that… Do not buy if you think you may need service later on

I have been robbed for something that should have

-been covered by 2 years guarantee. I bought a SW + HW product and they charged me for something they called SW error
-they have not informed me clearly and distinctly that I should pay
-forced me to sign a danish papir and said they will not support without sign

Upsold badly

I ordered a TV online. The staff member in store upsold me on picture quality but didn’t cover what was really important to me - the VESA wallmount and TV thickness. The new TV didn’t fit so i had to bring it back and buy the one i originally had ordered.

Theproduct was deficient and needed to…

The product was deficient and needed to be returned. I went twice to Herlev from Amager for a tape player that was substandard. There was hardly any staff at Herlev and they were as lively as a scarecrow. Finally, I returned the item at Vestebro after using three afternoons for nothing.

Poor communication, personnel suggested unnecessary other items

Communication was poor when collecting the item. Attending personnel tried to sell other items, which I did not ask for.
