Poor service.
I do not recommend this shop at all. Over a month ago I had ordered a phone cover. I have been told it will arrive in 2 to 5 days. After a long two weeks waiting time with no information from Power I decided to visit the store myself and check. They told me that the worker ordered it incorreckt and they are sorry and they will contact me when the cover arrive, it will take up to 1 week.
After 3 weeks of waiting I got to the store and they told me they dont have it yet. All this time nobody informed me about it. They offered to give me a money back, when I ask for supervisor to complain they send me here. They didn't do any compensation to me.
This is not the way you wanna be treated as a customer.

After i spend about 10.000kr in cash
After i spend about 10.000kr in cash, went next day to Power Horsens to change a product, which I was not satisfied price 899kr, to something more expensive and higher quality price over 2800kr, the customer Service support at Power Horsens waiting over 15 minutes at the service desk,
nobody there to help me, after long time i explained to the worst service personal ever, i would like to change this cheap product for a more expensive product. The guy was unbelievable incompetent for customer support and service, even his boss.... at they end... I left from the shop and went to Elgiganten and paid 3000kr there. Never again to Power Horsens.... Elgiganten better service.
