Very knowledgeable staff provided good advice on a cordless vacuum cleaner. Took the time to demonstrate a specific model that I was not aware of from prior research. Based on the advice and demonstration, I bought a different vacuum than I expected -- and at a better price. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Everything was fine till I showed up in the store to receive the product. The only salesperson in TV section was busy with a customer for 30 minutes. I had to wait their process with no help from other people in the shop although I asked for. Finally when it was my turn, I was asked to go to storage door outside the shop and waited even further for them to locate and bring my order.

The company has very unprofessional workers. I bought a product from Power, who sold it to me with false information. However, when I tried to return the product, they refused to take it back. When I complained to customer service, they agreed to take the product back and issued me a new receipt. However, when I tried to use that receipt, they told me I had to purchase another product. When I went to make the purchase, they denied that I had returned anything, gathered people around, and started laughing at me. When I contacted customer service again, they claimed the receipt was fake. I never thought that a big company like Power could do this to a customer.
I want to reply to your message, but I couldn’t find the option to respond directly — that’s why I’m writing my reply here under my own comment.
We are regular customers at Power and have purchased almost all of our electronics from you. I’m not saying that all of your employees are unprofessional — many are kind and helpful. However, some younger staff members behave very irresponsibly.
How can it be acceptable for employees to laugh at a customer? That is incredibly disrespectful.
I also had a very bad experience at your Herlev location while returning an item. One of your staff members said, “Even if you contact customer service, I will still be the one replying.” If that’s the case, what is the point of having a complaints process?
They only returned my money after I insisted and asked for the complaint link.
Also, can you prove that my bill was fake or not from Power? If not, then your employees should feel ashamed for treating a customer that way.
I felt humiliated. One of the workers said they didn’t trust me — and that person didn’t even check my purchase details. Why would you mistrust a customer without checking any facts? Can you please explain that?
Some staff members were understanding and tried to explain things calmly, but others didn’t even bother to listen. It was very clear that they were playing with my emotions.
All of my details appear when you enter my phone number — so why do some staff understand the situation and others don’t? If they don’t have the time to check, or simply don’t want to, then why are they there — just to humiliate customers?
I even know the name of one employee who laughed at me. When I asked for his name, he first refused to tell me. Then another employee said he is the manager of the Lyngby store.
I also wanted to post the receipt here to prove my purchase, but unfortunately, there’s no option to image.

The packaging was all torn and ripped. I can't believe the shop decided to sell a clearly used product. I have to go back and ask them to give me a new one.

I had so many issues with customer support giving me wrong information, having to drive down to multiple stores without any need and terrible communication.
More than 3 months to get a refund for a defective product. They have lost all my trust and I'll start to purchase electronics somewhere else.
