Sold me a vacuum they said was perfectly fine. Took it home and it had been used with hair and dust still inside and 4 parts missing. Have to wait 6-8 weeks for SOME of the spare parts to be shipped and still no refund or discount for buying a USED product! Unacceptable and bad service!

Scam artists. Beware! Will take your money happily, but if you have an issue and want it back, it becomes a circus. They have no problem lying and giving you the run around to try and keep your cash. The experience has been incredibly disgusting, especially knowing their actions are breaking laws.

Click and collect order
Click and collect order - but you get there and they can’t find the product, despite it being ‘ready for collection’. Eventually they do find it - but it’s a broken display mode, which they happily point out to you, before trying to sell a completely different model. Absolute waste of an hour and half, and a good waste of petrol and parking money too.
On top of that - the store is an absolute mess. I can’t believe the manager of the store believes it’s acceptable that the story is messy and badly organised as it is, with (expensive) products lying all over the place.
