Always same impression: employees do the bare minimum to help and with a bad attitude. I am talking specifically about the Lyngby's store. Otherwise the products are good and for the right price.

This is my experience!
My recent experience with Power was extremely disappointing.
I placed an order for 14 Philips Hue lamps on April 29th, and received a text message stating that my order was ready for collection on May 10th. However, when I arrived at the store, I found that my order was in an open box and in complete disarray. Furthermore, the most expensive item was missing from the box.
When I asked the cashier about the missing item, they were unable to provide any explanation. They were also unable to explain why I had received a text message stating that my order was ready, when clearly it was not.
To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to the store manager about the situation, I was told that store does not have a manager! Really!!! Lying!!!
Very disappointed, I decided to cancel the entire order. This experience was a complete waste of my time.

Staff attitude was really ridiculous…
Staff attitude was really ridiculous and I have complained about that. Salesman has spoken or given me the wrong information at first point, give me some fake kind discount and when i returned the product, they were charging me for that calibration charges, which i have not asked them for. I have reported this to Kunderservice and I am waiting if they resolve my case with ease. And then the staff attitude was not healping at all and i have experienced all this in POWER kgs Lyngby. I am waiting for them to refund my money and waiting for their answer

Never again
5 weeks & many visits to store to get a replacement computer on store insurance. No communication between store and insurance company. Had to walk into store multiple times to get any response as they don't respond to any other means of communication. Many promises of being phoned back the next day, but nothing came. People in store incapable of talking to each other - even had service manager talking on phone to another employee who was talking to me rather than showing up to talk to an angry customer. Finally sent me to another store to get replacement product without giving me all the necessary info, so took another 1.5 hours in the other store before walking out with the replacement.
And charged an excess on the insurance which is the current policy, but not the one when I purchased the insurance.
All in all the worst customer service experience in Denmark. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The people at the store were arrogant…
The people at the store were arrogant and not knowledgeable. I had to look it up on their own web and show it to them for them to help me, they had said they didn’t have it in an arrogant manner.
