Long queues everywhere on the opening…

Long queues everywhere on the opening day of the new Power Barkarby store, but it was certainly an interesting experience.
Definitely a place I will be shopping at again in the future.

FRAUDERS

FRAUDERS, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I bought a washing machine from them on Friday, payed for the delivery home, machine delivered on Monday completely wet inside and stinks like hell, like mold and rust together! Packaging probably done at Power warehouse where they packed a used mashine looking like new from the outside. Have bought at least 3 new washing machines in my life, all sealed with quality tape and instruction book inside the machine, the delivery guys just putted a bag in some cheap bag on the machine containing instruction book.

Called Power to do reclammation, they refuse and say they test wash before delivery and they offer cleaning liquid free of charge to "solve" the problem.

Machine is ELEKTROLUX brand and ofc it is them that do the last testing and then sending machines sealed to 3rd party sellers. If Power does otherwise they should say that clearly on their website or to their customers. FRAUDERS!

Ofcourse I will report the company to ARN and request much more in compensation than what I have paid.

Plus, customer support and those in charge that called me are very unprofessional trying to convince me how a stinking new wet delivered machine for 5000kr is a usual thing. DISCUSTING!

When I am done with you I will never put my foot again in your store! The worst shopping experience and customer support ever!

Sweden, shut this joke down!

My reply: Got an identical answer like a month ago on Google so I will absolutly highlight that you never had or have the intention to make me, your customer happy so please at least have some dignity and fair play and do not try to write like you care about your customers
... Still fill disgusted by the way I was treated and frauded by Power Barkaby and their staff, from the seller guy, to the service desk staff that just were irritated that I was there to the manager Mahmoud that had the same attitude. I was sold a demo washing machine as new for 6500kr because Mahmoud couldn't garantie delivering a non-stinking machine to me. The demo machine that I got is working fine but has many scratches on the outside and I feel I vould have bought the same one in used condition for 3000kr. But Power Barkarby and their staff just want to sell and take money, service and taking responsibility for theirown faulty products are not something they do. TO YOU READING THIS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support. I have claimed warranty for an Xbox controller and my claim was accepted promptly and without any hassel. The customer support was very cooperative.

The counter woman was very rude to us

The counter woman was very rude to us, she didnt know that it was our turn, she told just wait and took the customer who was after us.

I did raise the question but she totaly ignored us. Media markt barkerby.

Arrogant staff

Arrogant staff, not helpful. We bought a Phillip Sound bar on black friday and was suppose to collect it in 3-4 days from the barkaby store. When we went they said that its out of stock and we can take our money back. I told them that if they had informed me about this while buying or earlier I could have got the same deal from Elgiganten ot webhallen but now i will have to buy at double the price. so they could help with some other brand. But they were arrogant and not helpful at all. Buy from Power but definately NOT from Barkaby store

Got a message saying my order is ready to pickup at Barkaby store but when I reach there the Item is not there :(. And when I check my account it’s says Delivered. This is very bad experience. My Oder number 221165654
