A lot of waiting time. First I needed someone to take the product I wanted. Secondly I needed to give my phone number to check if I could have some discounts (I understood it was some mobile subscription staff). Third and the worst one I waited so much to pay it. It seems they were non only taking payments by giving info or taking returns.

Not a pleasant experience for first time buyer
Waiting time for picking up order is long.
No shopping bag/packing bag, for order reserved online, to be picked up in the shop.
Price is not that competitive to Amazon considering convenient home delivery that Amazon offers.

Horrible customer service
We tried for 40 minutes to find staff that can help us. There was no staff around to help or provide gudance. Even the check out registers were left unattended and we had to wait additional time to pay for the item that we had to pick up and carry ourselves. Huge box btw. Horrible customer service.
