EXTREMELY BAD
The experience was unhelpful and lacked proper service. My bad experience started on June 2nd when I purchased three items totaling 1427 SEK with my Turkish card. Although the card payment terminal indicated the transaction was successful ("Godkänd"), they informed me that the purchase was not completed due to a system error and requested that I pay again. Despite my bank having already reserved the amount, I refused to pay a second time, and they did not give me the items, stating that the money would be released back to my account.
On June 4th, I noticed that the bank had indeed deducted the amount. I returned to the shop with my bank statement to collect the items, but they refused despite informing them from the beginning that I was traveling this week, claiming they couldn't verify if the money had been received. After over an hour of discussion and a call to the police for advice, they finally contacted their office in Stockholm to check if the money was received, and I eventually received my items.
The staff were unwilling to do the extra work needed to check the payment status and connect the previous payment to a new purchase document. Instead, they wanted to resolve the issue by returning the money, which would take a week due to the international transaction. Given my upcoming travel which I've informed them from the beginning, I wouldn't have been able to return and address any further issues.
