Good customer service. An assistant came to me asked if I needed assistance, and helped me find the product I was unable to find without his help. The only negative was the checkout. With 4 personelle behind the counter 1 was busy, 2 were talking to each other, and 1, seemed to be doing very little. Eventually a 5th came from and took my payment. Chatting while customers wait, is an issue that need addressing.

I ordered a product for Click & Collect. Easy to read product specs, easy to compare, easy to order, ready for pick up in half an hour, good communication on both email and sms. Thumbs up! Unfortunately the thumbs up stops there.
I go into the store, I get redirected to mobilavdelningen.
1. Heavily understaffed. Just two kiosks open. There were a few idle coworkers moving around, but neither did they jump in to help, nor did the overworked coworkers call for additional hands on deck.
2. No queue or token numbers. People started getting called in a random manner by these overworked coworkers.
3. Very unorganised - there was only one key tab to the cabinet where C&C orders are stored. If one of the kiosk guys goes to pick up an order, the other is left waiting until he is back!
4. Upselling (offers, mobile plans, phone covers, cases etc) at the pick up point - this was the WORST of the lot. You got to have a place where you deliver. You got to have a place where you sell. When you sell, you obviously need more time to explain and talk and convince prospects. It's COMMON SENSE to know that upselling creates a bottleneck for people who just come to pick up their orders.
5. Insensitive coworkers - the ones at the kiosk just need to be aware that there is a queue piling up, and they need to ACT. But no - they went about their merry business at their own leisure pace.
Ended up spending more than 45 minutes due to these issues, when I should have been in and out in 3 minutes flat. That is a 1500% inefficiency for one customer. Do the math. If you care.
- A disgruntled and unsatisfied customer who cares enough to highlight the issue and potential solutions, who is waiting to see if the business cares enough about its customers to implement any improvements.
