It was not crowded because the customers service was fast in attending to clients

The sales guy (HAMPUS) in Helsingborg was very proffessional.He worked under stress with alot of ease and calmness.
He solved my issue proffessionally with much ease.

Dear Power Vella Helsingborg Manager,

I hope your Christmas is the same as mine. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred today, the first day of Christmas, at the Power store located in Vela Helsingborg.

My experience was disheartening, as I sought assistance from the staff and encountered a prolonged wait without any willingness from the present staff to provide assistance. Despite my attempts to seek help, I was consistently ignored. In my second attempt, I approached a staff member with the hope of receiving assistance, but regrettably, I was once again ignored. Frustrated by the lack of responsiveness, I requested the staff member's name, expressing my intention to file a complaint. In response, the staff member, without any verbal communication, forcibly escorted us out of the store.

Upon inquiring about the reason for our removal, neither the staff nor the security guard provided any explanation. We found ourselves in a situation where we were not only denied assistance but also subjected to unwarranted expulsion from the store.

This incident was distressing, and the behavior exhibited can be described as bullying and disrespectful. We sincerely hope that no other customers encounter such treatment, as it leaves a lasting negative impression on the overall shopping experience.

It is pertinent to mention that the staff member resorted to involving the security guard, seemingly out of concern that a complaint might be filed, potentially leading to consequences for him.

I believe it is crucial for the management to address and rectify such incidents promptly to maintain a positive and respectful environment for all customers.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to prevent the recurrence of such unpleasant experiences in the future.
