never trust this company, I paid 10000 for a MacBook, paid extra monthly for insurance and when it broke not less than a week later, and I didn’t even break it they said I have to pay 7000 to fix it

I have never been to Power before…
I have never been to Power before becuase they did not even exist the last time I lived in Sweden.
I headed to get some earbuds that were on sale, but on arrival, they were sold out :(
Then I was offered a more expensive pair with even more discount on the price.
That was completely unexpected, and the staff was highly service-minded and left me with a very good impression of how to be customer service-minded.
I will definitely consider this place going forward if I need to purchase electronics again.
The earbuds are great BTW.

I ordered online and had to pick up two…
I ordered online and had to pick up two items. Unfortunately, I had to pick one item up at one department where I had to wait in line. Then I had to go to kassa and wait in line again in order to pick the other item and pay - not a costumer friendly way to do it.
