I spent about 10 minutes in the store…
I spent about 10 minutes in the store looking for the Insta360 GO Ultra camera. When I couldn’t find it, I approached a staff member near the exit to ask for help.
Instead of answering or checking availability, he pointed in one direction where no one was present, then pointed in another direction at someone else, without explaining anything. When I asked if anyone was available to help me, he seemed not to understand and did not respond clearly.
As a result, I left the store without finding out whether the product was available or not. The experience felt confusing and not very customer-oriented.

Delay in delivery and No Proper answer from store
I have placed the order in the store on 29th November and stated that I will receive the delivery in within 7days, till the date ie on 10th Dec 2025 which is more than 12 days I have not received the delivery notification neither when I contacted store they do not have a proper answer when the watch will be delivered, instead of assuring when it will be delivered they had asked me to cancel if I think the delivery is taking long time which is not an acceptable answer I expect from your store.
I am totally dissatisfied with the customer experience with power.

Slow moving queue
It was a very slow queue while picking up, there werent even that many people in the queue. The staff were good and helpful, but it felt like you were understaffed. Otherwise I was satisfied with the support I got.

My package did not arrive despite…
My package did not arrive despite recieving information that it supposedly has. The people working were helpful and looked for it, however it just wasn't there. Had to reorder, and hasn't recieved information about the reorder yet despite paying for it already.

Terrible service. I bought a phone at the store on October 7, the seller said that I could pick it up at the store on October 17. Now the delivery date is November 7. A terrible store in which people are deceived. I was served by a racist girl. She mocked my English. I'm one hundred percent disappointed.

I feel completely scammed by Power – Mall of Scandinavia. Their mobile phone subscriptions are misleading, full of hidden details, and the staff give no real help afterwards. Avoid taking any abonemang here!
