Easy to find the Nintendo game I wanted
Easy to find the product I was looking for (a game for Nintendo Switch). Good price, cheaper than at the Nintendo eshop, although more expensive than other online retailers. Staff was friendly.

order & collect experience
Tried “order & collect” over the weekend. Order is processed quickly. The notification message claims the product is ready to be picked up at the register. The reality is that you still need the staff to go and search for the item in some storage inside the store. It takes quite a bit of time. Would be better if the product was indeed ready at the register.

The worst experience
The worst experience. The POWER store is at "mål of scandinavia " A sample fridge of Samsung was in outlet price of 8000:- and we decided to buy it.We found a saleswoman to help us.She asked if we wanted delivery att home and take the old fridge.We answered yes and the price was 1600:- extra so we answered ok.After that moment she had a difficulty to finish the sale. She asked for help from several other salesmen and saleswomen but it looked they couldn't manage either. We didn't understand what was the reason that took them almost 40' to 50'.At the end she took us to the cashier and we paid 9600:- in cash and she asked if the date of 16 /08 is ok for us for the delivery.We said yes anwe left with very strange feeling of an unfinished state. Today a man from postnord delivered the fridge telling me that he is just a postman and is not his job to take back the old fridge He left the fridge at my door and left.We called at POWER customer service and they answered somebody would call back. Nobody did.Also the fridge has a big deep scratch on the door that didn't exist when we saw the sample at the boutique, analso I had to clean a glue from the fridge that they had wrapped some plastics. (I have pictures for these).Me and my husband are feeling really disappointing and we feel victims to tell you the truth...

Dissatisfied purchase
I came to your store to buy a Nintendo Switch for my son and a salesman told me that if I change my mobile subscription to another company I will get 1590 SEK discount.
The day after when I came to the store to cancel the contract he said it is not possible. Although there is a 14 days open shop!
