Impressive quality
Product received in sooner than expected. The charger was impressive with two independent slots and able to provide enough power for both. The batteries can replace other generic ones of same fit and form. I am very impressed with the look of quality.

Not what I expected!!!
It said that expected shipping would be 5 to 7 business days and it's been 10 days now and it's still several states away. I called customer service and all they did was make excuses for the carrier they sent the package with instead of figuring out what happened to ensure my purchase was either on its way, or could be sped up! I love the products and thought I was making the right decision by going through the company itself but instead, I think it was a huge mistake! Need to swap to a reliable carrier!
