What a great product
What a great product. I ordered several different products for my camera, lights and other devices. They last the longest hands down and I can charge and put them back in the different devices. Ty to all at Tenergy. Iam in my seventies I don't want to waste time driving to stores looking for the battery isle picking the battery's I need sometimes I need 4 they have only 3. Drive to another store in traffic. I am all for team Tenergy keep up with the great products.

Can't Cancel on Website
I don't like that my credit card was charged as soon as I ordered but the order wasn't shipped for 5 days. There was no option on the website to cancel the order, only to reorder.

Not sure any humans actually work here
After placing my order, a coworker asked me to make a change to it. I had only placed it hours before, so I did not think it would be an issue. There was no clear way on the website to make an alteration to the order. No big deal, I'll just call them on the phone and explain the situation.... For the rest of the day and the following day I attempted to get in touch with someone who worked there, calling multiple times, but was always kicked to voicemail. I did receive the product quickly, so they at least deserve the one star for that, but zero customer service, will not order from them again.
