Absolutely brilliant service from the team and especially Dean. Having been let down by my kitchen installer BargainBuyz came to the rescue with the Neff oven I wanted for my new kitchen. I’d been through so many websites looking for the oven and was about to give up when I found BargainBuyz and probably the last Neff N70 side and hide in the UK - ordered it immediately after a chat with Dean to confirm they could deliver to me in Cornwall. It was delivered within 3 days!! And even though the oven handle took a knock during transit, Dean quickly sorted all the Neff paperwork and had a replacement delivered to the house in no time.

Ordered a fridge freezer from them today and it was delivered within an hour. Really happy with the experience.

My requirements were met very quickly. Mustafa (who handled my dealings) was polite and informative and to my amazement he organised a sameday delivery, so less than 90 minutes later my fridge and freezer were on my house. Can't fault them.

Needed a new tumble dryer and got exactly that. No pressure, no hard sell and delivered exactly when they said they would. Will be using again when I need new appliances. Well done guys 👦

Great delivery time good all round service

Dean was the Sales person that dealt with my query a fortnight ago and assisted me with purchasing a new hob for my tenant this morning 29/7/22, And let me tell you about how great Dean is. I don't know where to start. From great customer service, great attitude, quick responding, answering all of my questions, he helped me to understand everything accurately with no hesitations and sent me all of the documents via email and WhatsApp as promised.I spoke with Dean at 10.10am this morning, by 10.40am he had a fitter ready to install the hob for my tenant.. now what more could you want than that??? 👏 10/10 Service with a smile.
