We purchased an oven and are delighted with it and the price. Dean was great with communication re delivery and went above and beyond when we encountered a small issue with the product. He provided a replacement part and was so gracious and kind about it. Recommend!

Would like to thank Mustafa at the Leicester branch for the excellent service we received. The gentleman was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward with regards pricing. No dancing around. We landed up buying and spending allot more than we expected too. His skills did not stop there. He has been in contact with us throughout delivery too. They are honest with each and every description, very reliable. Another 5 star review from me within a couple of weeks of my last review, following the need to buy a new integral fridge freezer after the old one packed up. (the perils of moving to a house where items are on their last legs!!)
Again can't fault the customer service from Dean, and Bargain Buyz installer, Deepak.
Will definitely be using BB again, but hopefully not in the next couple of weeks due to something else going bang!!

Bought a now hob for my elderly father yesterday. Shop service was fast, efficient and non-patronising. Fitters delivered and fitted later the same day. Outstanding.

Had to buy a washing machine for my elderly father. Store manager Dean helped me pick out the appropriate model then went above and beyond the call of duty when problems arose with the installation. Fantastic all round service. Would highly recommend this store.
