Excellent assistance with verification of eligibility for Google For Nonprofits Workspace Account
When requesting a Google For Nonprofits account for a charity organisation in New Zealand, Google advised that verification of our status had not been possible based on the basic information requested in their "Get Started" process. We then found that the verification process is handled by Percent and that there was a simple process for sending a request directly to Percent for the non-verification decision to be reviewed. Upon submitting a request for review along with copies supporting documents, we first received from Lawrence a speedy email acknowledgement and advice that the review was in progress, followed by emailed advice during the following day that our eligibility had been verified, along with clear and helpful guidance on how to obtain approval to activate a new Google For Nonprofits account, which we have since successfully completed. Thank you so much Lawrence, Maeghan, and Sandrea for your top class assistance in navigating the verification process and achieving a positive outcome for our organisation :)

Someone attempted to gain access to our non-profit account with one of Percent's partners, and they were very good about letting us know when/how it happened, and to make sure that the access was not granted.
