Visonic Wireless order

The website order part of the transaction was very good. I had to phone directly to ask for my UPS tracking number, this should have been provided automatically. The individual alarm component boxes had opened in transit and the contents were all over the place, not sure if any are damaged, not installed the system yet.

A good overall service

I would put the service as excellent but for the fact that there doesn't seem to be an alternative to the £8+ delivery charge. I bought one item for around £16 and it cost 50% of the purchase price to get it delivered. Daylight robbery. We all do not need what we have ordered the following day. Ever heard of the Royal Mail?

No customer service

I was buing Visonic security products with this site - one item was dead on arrival. They didn't answer for any of my several mails and or telephone . Be careful using this site.

customer service

I emailed several times by completing an application form asking for information to return the incorrect item for the correct one. I had no reply to my queries so had to call to get a response. I think if there is a free returns the information should be included in the package.

Over good service but needs improvement.

Overall the service is good but there are two points that need t be addressed.
1. When there is a missing part or error in the order the "look to resolve" service isn't as good as it could be and you find yourself chasing to fix the problem. This should be used by the company to create an opportunity out of a problem and my experience is that they don't.

2. For small purchases you have to pay for expensive delivery, why isn't there a "no cost" option. An order I recently placed the delivery was 10% of the cost. This is not customer friendly.

Very good...But!
