We buy equipment from ADI and this was a better service.

Order was placed late morning, Friday.
Mid afternoon, e mail received to say that order had been dispatched.
Excel ant Service!

Pleased with service but wish they did a cheaper postage service.

Arrived within 2 days exactly the product I wanted at a reasonable price.

They are great!In my last order I noted a fast delivery and the items arrived after 2 days!I never have a complaint!

apartr fromt have great difficulity trying to register on your site which e and still not able to register even after calling your customer help line who where of no help what so ever, I did manage to order the alarm batteries and from that point your service could not have been better and I will be happy to recommend you many thanks

UPS are uninterested in locating my package and refuse to liaise with the supplier as I am not their customer

Item was marked as shipped but after a 3 day delay I called to be told it hadn't been shipped because not all items were in stock. Still waiting for them to be delivered after almost a week, they have offered to source items from elsewhere to fulfil the order but I have ordered and received from another company in between.

Used a couple of times now, and no issues at all. The only oddity is I wanted a system with 4x PIR sensors and it worked out somewhat cheaper to buy a kit with two, and then another two as additional, rather than buy a kit with 4x PIR's in!
All in all, a very good store, couldn't find what I wanted cheaper elsewhere, and free delivery was next day.

Prompt delivery of the powermax alarm system. good communications throughout.

I purchased replacement batteries for my Powermax Complete alarm system. I was happy with the price of the batteries but a little disappointed with the cost of delivery, which seemed excessive for such a small item and not even a next day delivery! They arrived within a week and although I was not in to accept delivery, they were held for me at my local Nisa store around the corner which was easy for me to then collect.
Overall: satisfied

Paid for next day delivery, after 4 days I called to see if it had been dispatched to be told it was not in stock. Cancelled my order and sourced the part locally.
