Friendly and efficient
When we found an integrated fridge we liked in a competitors store but we would need to travel to Shrewsbury to collect it, we phoned Powerpoint who not only found a similar model but were able to order it, deliver it and do so cheaper. They came at a mutually convenient time and took it to a place of my choosing. Very courteous, friendly and efficient. Have used before and will use again.

I have used Power Point for many years both for new appliances and repairs. This company could teach some well known big names how to conduct a business. Matt repaired my built in dishwasher yesterday (difficulty getting it out of the cabinets)!

Unfortunately when our engineer called out to you the cooker wasn't displaying the fault at the time of his visit.
The part that is most likely to be faulty is the PCB board as all other possible components that could cause an issue were tested. If there is a further faul, as was advised by the engineer, please do contact our store and he will look at the cooker again for you free of charge.
It is impossible to know what is wrong with a cooker until it has been looked at by an engineer and many other parts were available for your cooker.
We always strive to leave our customers happy and understanding what work needs completing.
