Nilesh Joshi was extremely helpful in solving a very tricky problem we had, he went out of his way to get it fixed which he eventually did, nothing was any bother to him and I appreciated the way he conducted himself, was very courteous, friendly and professional at all times. I was on the phone for a long time but he remained patient and was genuinely pleased and happy when we managed to get everything sorted. I would would think that any company would be lucky to have him. Thanks for everything Nilesh.

If I could give 0 stars to this awful company, I would! As a new business we inherited services from Pozitive Energy, and I have spent the last 3 months attempting to get free of them. First they didn't acknowledge our change of tenancy, then starting aggressively chasing us for the previous tenant's debt (including sending bailiffs to our business), and now it is impossible to get them to accept our meter readings and issue us with a final bill. To date they have issued 11 bills, all of which contain incorrect information and conflicting amounts, and have refused to explain how much we actually owe and how this has been calculated. They have simultaneously told us that we CAN't pay our our bill until they verify the meter readings, and that we HAVE to pay our bill before we are charged late fees. At the same time, their sales team has been aggressively attempting to push us into a contract, arguing (erroneously) that this the only way to reduce our bill (which was initially, in error, based on grossly inflated estimates of our usage). I have wasted hours of my life on the phone with their customer service operators, who have consistently been really rude to us, and given us contradictory and incorrect information. It has been an absolute nightmare, and I would suggest anyone else avoid them like the plague.
* Edit 28/7/26 in response to PE's reply below*:
This reply just underscores how awful this process has been and how disingenuous Pozitive Energy are in their dealings with customers. Contrary to the implication in their comment, the three bills they refer to below were generated just moments before this reply, presumably in response to my review, and they are still contradictory, including an unexplained bill cancellation and another bill generated with incorrect meter reading information and dates. I have been through the account carefully and there is no clear bill which states explicitly what we have consumed and what we have been charged for it – everything is obfuscated by insanely impenetrable bills designed to make you overlook errors. I haven't been notified about these bills, other than the reply on Trustpilot, which doesn't seem a very effective way to communicate with customers – it shows they care more about saving face in a public forum than actually resolving people's problems.
In addition, the last time I spoke to PE (last week) they told me in no uncertain terms that I shouldn't pay any of the bills because they were all 'invalid' because the meter readings hadn't been 'validated'. They could not explain what this meant and what the process was for 'validating' the readings, but told me that it would take until August to do so. If the meter readings are now validated I would be grateful if someone from PE can contact me to clarify this, and explain the latest bills, which clearly contain incorrect information.
I hold out little hope of getting any meaningful reply, and note that I still haven't had any form of apology for all of the mistakes and awful service we have received. My review remains the same: avoid like the plague!
