Stop calling me

Got a new phone and the first call is from this bunch of clowns asking about some debt that is clearly a matter from the previous user of the phone number I now have.

No way to resolve since they expect me to call them and they'll probably want all sorts of personal information I'm not willing to give them. Remove my number from your call list, it is a new number today and I don't have any debts.

In response to your obviously robot reply: I __don't have__ an account with you. You have started spamming me with calls since I got a new phone number. I am not giving an obviously dodgy company any personal information of mine so you can fabricate an account. STOP SPAMMING ME WITH CALLS. I DO NOT HAVE ANY DEBT. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY DEBT.

Fantastic company

Being in debt is horrible and sometimes scary when debt collection agencies contact you. PAR Group are so different, don't avoid them, they really do want to help. Just had the best experience with Kyle....Top class company👌🏽

Descent Debtors, Sarah is a star.

Sarah - is a star, lovely lady and very accommodating. I've been dealing with these guys for a while, to be honest I've had a fair few calls with other companies that are not good at all - but these lot have always been very descent, so I can't give them a bad rep.

Flexible & understanding to match a suitable repayment plan to clear debt.

Online chat facility was good. Claire was efficient and kind. She asked suitable questions and promptly processed my repayment plan renewal. The chat facility has upgraded the experience, as navigating the PRA website before was somewhat frustrating. Good to know website is moving forward in that sense. Thanks.

Supportive

After explaining my situation, I was transferred to the Support Team, who helped find a temporary solution to my issue.
Throughout, the advisors were polite, understanding and made me feel at ease.
They were far superior in helping me resolve the situation, than other debt agencies I spoke with that day.

credit card debt

I have had significant credit card debt taken over by the PRA group. They have been extremely patient & flexible for four years. I have changed my repayment plan several times and get payment holidays on request. Very responsive even by text. It’s not a pleasant situation to be in debt but who owns your debt makes a big difference. Far less intimidating or pressurising than my own bank in which I’ve been a client for 30 years

One late payment and you have to start again

I like the fact that they are willing to except a payment plan that is comfortable for you, but you miss a payment date, and pay it the next day, your plan is cancelled and you have to set up another, that's ridiculous, sometimes we all mis calculate a little
