I really recommend Prague Airport Transfers, the service is good, on time and booking and payment is straight forward.

We were met by our drivers (at the airport and our hotel) for a group of 13 people and both arrived on time and were courteous. The vans were also very stylish with blacked-out windows and comfortable seats. We would definitely use them again and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER TRANSFER COMPANY IN PRAGUE!

Don't bother with local taxis, they may rip you off according to some reports. Just book with these guys, it takes all the worry away. Your car will be there waiting for you and you know the price already.
