Prague Airport Transfers sro Reviews 

I booked this company and had e mail confirmation from them arriving from London near 11 pm 23 May 2019. In my e mail confirmation it was clearly stated that a driver will be waiting with an orange sign with my name on it in the arrivals hall. Upon entering the arrival hall no driver was waiting. I searched and waited few minutes and then telephoned the company. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before phone was answered. I gave my booking reference and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I was then told that the driver will be another 20 minutes. I was already over 15 minutes waiting and did not fancy waiting another 20. Is this why I book a service in advance ?the company had my telephone number and e mail so why did they not bother to telephone or e mail me to say there was a delay?
Update 26 May. The company made contact with me to offer me a free transfer back to airport. Thai time they were even early and sent a professional driver and I was impressed. Let’s hope they have learned from

Very happy to recommend. Driver arrived on time for a 7-seater mini van. And we arrived at the airport as planned. Payment by cash after arrival. Easy and reliable!

Very happy to recommend. Driver was waiting at airport with board. Clean car. Likewise on return the driver was on time. I used a competitor last time I visited Prague and they didnt show up for my return journey and were late on the first journey. Very happy to recommend this company and will book again in the future. Great service. Private transfer to an from airport and hotel in city center went smooth. Driver arrived early both times so we did not have to wait. Driver went into hotel lobby zo we did not have to wait outside. Very good service .

I found it to be very easy booking on line with no upfront payment required until you see the driver. We were slightly delayed flying into Prague and received a text on touchdown saying the driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall. There was no extra charge for the delay. Very courteous driver and nice car. The return flight driver arrived 5 minutes early at our hotel and again was very courteous and quickly got us to the airport. The company could not have been more efficient. The overall price was very reasonable and I don’t know how they do it for money. Far better than the public transport option into the city and not that much more.

Our driver was precisely on time for both transfers we booked. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family. The mercedes was lovely and clean and a comfortable ride would recommend spending the extra for this as its so worth it

Booked and paid on line two weeks before holiday. Good communication. Waiting for us and easy to locate at airport. No problem changing time for return journey to airport. Polite drivers and clean cars. Excellent service. Definitely recommend.

Prompt pickups both to and from the airport in a clean well kept car.

On arrival we ever received a free map of the city and water.

Both times drivers were lovely - extremely polite, helpful and chatty about the city.

We ummed and ahhed about booking a private transfer for our family of 5 but, because our flight was a late one and reading other reviews, we decided to book with Prague Airport Transfers and we're so glad we did. We had a time restraint to dump our bags in the hotel and get to a dinner reservation before last orders! We saved so much time by having the charming driver waiting for us at arrivals, holding a clear sign with our name. We didn't hang around and were at our hotel within 20 minutes. Our driver gave us lots of information and a guide book. We'd also booked our 24 hour transport tickets for the following day, which our driver handed to us, along with drinks of our choice (pre-booked). It was a lovely, stress-free way to arrive in Prague. Our return journey was also super-efficient and we were able to spend more time in Prague, knowing the transfer was so competently executed. Brilliant - I was sceptical at first, especially about the return transfer to the airport but the shuttle service from the airport was great and the return even better, requested a 12:00 pickup and at 12:00 on the dot the driver came and picked me up from my hotel reception. The price was great, £4 from the airport and £8 for the return. Well worth it i’d Say as the airport buses don’t really venture to where the majority of hotels are located.

Excellent company, totally reliable, clean luxurious cars, with very friendly helpful drivers. I would have no reservations about booking them again, and when I'm next in Prague this company will be on my speed dial.
