Absolutely awful experience – avoid this company at all costs.

I booked a transfer with them 4 months in advance, thinking everything was sorted and I could rely on them for my trip to Prague. Then, completely out of the blue, they cancelled just 2 weeks before the booking date.

No real explanation, no effort to help rearrange, just a last-minute cancellation that left me scrambling to find an alternative during a busy period. It’s unbelievably unprofessional and completely defeats the point of booking early in the first place.

If you’re planning a trip and want peace of mind, do NOT use this company. They clearly can’t be trusted to honour bookings, even with plenty of notice.

Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with Prague Airport Transfers.

I booked a transfer, but due to a change of plans I had to cancel about 1 hour and 10 minutes before my arrival. The company refused to refund even a small part of the payment, claiming that cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance.

In my opinion this policy is extremely rigid and unfriendly to customers. Travel plans can change unexpectedly, especially when flights are involved. Refusing any refund for cancelling just 50 minutes after their deadline feels unreasonable.

Because of this experience I cannot recommend this service. If there is even a small chance that your plans might change, be careful — you may lose your entire payment.

Whilst our flight to Prague was a pleasure, there was a huge delay at passport control, which was not our fault, which meant it took almost an hour and twenty minutes to exit the airport arrivals area. On finding our Prague Airport Transfer driver, his greeting was unpleasant, and challenging us on why we were late. He went on to exasperate about the cost of his parking and that this would cost us extra. Following an email from Prague Airport Transfers asking for a review of their service, we gave an honest review and a poor rating of our experience.
As a consequence, they immediately emailed an apology stating that this was out of the ordinary, that they would be taking action in respect to this and would refund the extra cost we had to pay.
I cannot fault the customer service I have received, and the refund that was paid.
I am reassured that our experience was a one-off and given that Prague Airport Transfers have kept in contact I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

After I posted my first review on this very unprofessional service provider, I noted their comment:

"We are very sorry to hear about that negative review. As we have apologized and explained, we terminated cooperation with the driver who arrived late and was unpolite. Also, a request for a refund was sent to our accounting department as we have just received the complaint a few days ago. We also attempted to contact the customer, but the phone was unreachable, not able to inform him. We advise booking a transfer within at least 20 minutes for unexpected situations or traffic jams. Thank you for your comments which will help us improve our service."

I wish to stress the following:
1. No apologies were offered.
2. No reply on my refund request was offered to me either.
3. When waiting a cab my phone was working perfectly and nobody tried to contact me when the driver was late. It was me that contacted them after waiting needlessly for 15 minutes.
4. Your advises make no sense: if I book a car for a certain hour I am expecting this to happen or to have a driver replacing the post, or at least someone calling me...
5. If you did everything correctly and the issue was only with the traffic, why did you "terminated cooperation" with the driver? (hint: there was no traffic jam, the dirver forgot my pickup, you did not had any clue about what was happening).

AVOID AT ALL COSTS... NOT ONLY UNPROFESSIONAL, BUT ALSO UNCORRECT

Perfect service on both airport (Petr) and hotel (Vilem) pickups. Petr even provided a map and guidebook when we told him it was our first time in Prague. Thoroughly recommend this company for a hassle free transfer.

Dodgy taxi firm. I booked an airport transfer for my family, but the taxi failed to meet me at Prague airport. The customer helpline given on the booking confirmation was not reachable (at 11am!). I had to take the airport taxi instead, after waiting for an hour with the family including small children. When I eventually contacted their representative, he made dubious excuses and was arrogant rather than apologetic. Completely unacceptable service - avoid!
Update: Taxi company claims to have waited 1h15 mins in the arrivals hall. It is not true, because I got to the arrivals hall 35 minutes after an on-time touch-down. The company's reply to my review is dishonest.

Fantastic management. The airport did not let me board the plane and I wasn’t able to arrive in Prague. The taxi base was very understanding and supportive. I am going to Prague next month and definitely booking this transfer company again and whenever I will visit Prague I will definitely book this transfers and recommend this company to others . I’m not a lost customer. The company has definitely gained a lifetime customer. Excellent transfers company.

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice clean cars, affordable and reliable. I can't recommend this company enough. Used them for return journey to and from airport. They provide you with a decent city guide book, free walking tour and discount on river cruise with buffet, which you pay for on the boat. They will even collect you and drive you to cruise boat for free.

Will definitely use again

We used this company for private airport transfer plus one taxi trip inside Prague. We are very happy about it. Good drivers who speak good enough English. Neat cars. They offer child- and baby seats, which we couldn't find with other taxi companies in Prague. However I think you need to verify that the child seats are safely installed, as we had one driver who failed to do this. I may add that the internet booking service on their website works great and they allow changes to your bookings at least relatively late.

Great drivers, great cars. Clean and professional

Just back from a two day trip to Prague to see the city and enjoy the Christmas markets. I booked these guys on line from the UK and pre-paid. Our flight was 30 minutes early with a strong tail wind, but our driver was waiting for us in arrivals with a very clear sign with our name. He was very polite, well presented and his car was immaculate. In fact a very nice car indeed. The drive was uneventful, but as we approached the hotel he was very helpful, pointing out the location of the subway/metro station close to our hotel. He left us with a voucher for a walking tour and a guide book to Prague. This was exceptional service and could not be faulted. We arrived in the evening and the following morning I booked the return from the hotel to the airport and that experience was just as good. It was rush hour and the driver thought he would be running late and a text message warned us that he may be a little late. But 1 minute past the pick up hour my phone buzzed with a message to say the driver was at the hotel. So communication excellent too. This was not expensive either. I could not recommend these guys enough. Booking process was very easy and communication about confirmations and payments excellent.

Excellent service, I would recommend to anybody and was very happy with it. Our flight was late but the driver had obviously kept an eye on our progress and accounted for the delay. I received a text message to say our driver had arrived which provided a big peace of mind considering we were unfamiliar with Prague and the airport on our first visit. The driver was present at arrivals when we came out and greeted us. The driver took my girlfriend's bag for her which was a lovely touch. He led us to his car (a new model Mercedes E Class) that was very clean and came C/W two bottles of water, a tour map of the city and a voucher for a walking tour. The driver left us to our own devices and was not invasive during the trip and kindly pointed out some interesting places and facts about Prague. We were dropped off almost at our door (but only because it was a pedestrianized street) and were able to start our trip. Thank you for making our first trip to Prague more seamless and stress free.

. I received a text message to say our driver had arrived outside our accommodation about 10 minutes early which was great. We grabbed our bags and jumped in. Like our trip from the airport two days previous, the whole experience was excellent and the driver was professional and courteous. Thank you for your excellent service and great value. We will definitely use it again when we return to Prague (hopefully in the near future!).

Easy to use, bang on time, modern comfortable vehicles, professional drivers well presented and polite plus a wonderful free walking tour thrown in. First class service.

Driver waiting for us at airport helped carry cases to minivan great journey to our hotel again helped with cases. Minivan very clean and tidy very reasonable price compared with other optioned I'd looked at. We asked to change time of our pick up from our hotel to airport on return journey to airport the previous afternoon by email which was accommodated. Different driver and minivan for our return very prompt at our hotel, also helped with our luggage by driver. A great service we could not fault thoroughly recommend this service.
