Shopping at Precor Home Fitness was an absolute pleasure. Tyler is the gentleman that sold me the machine. There were no high pressure sales tactics that were used, which I greatly appreciated. He was very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable, and very helpful with the treadmills. He answered my questions thoroughly, and was nearby whenever I needed assistance. Tyler was genuine in his desire to help me find the machine that best suited my needs. I will definitely shop at this store again for any future fitness purchases.

I also interacted with both Daniel and the manager of the store on the phone. Both were very friendly, helpful, and informative.

It is so nice that there are still stores to shop at that you feel you can trust, and that they're not just trying to make a sell, and a sell that doesn't necessarily meet your needs.

I had a slight issue involving the belt but it was solved with a quick phone call (it would have been a little nice to have known ahead of time I'd have to adjust the belt). With that being said, the customer service, installation pricing, and ability to open a credit card with zero percent interest were the top determining factors of why I purchased my treadmill at this location. So far, I have lost 6 pounds within almost a months time and I plan to lose even more and continue to -stay- active even after I obtain my goal weight. I could go to the gym but it's less time with my family which is why I made my decision. With all that said, thank you Precor Home Fitness!!!

The delivery and installation was difficult to schedule. Since installation it has been very squeaky.

Precor went above and beyond after movers broke a wire disassembling our treadmill. Part sent out under warranty! Knowledgeable tech came to home and installed in few minutes. This would not have been the case if we bought anything else!

Precor has been great. Shipping issues have been challenging, but they are out of Precor's control. Precor managers and employees have been very helpful.

Great quality equipment. Definitely use thread lock on your weight stack attachment.

My husband and I spent many hours on a recent Saturday in the store comparing the different home gyms. Our salesman Chase was very knowledgeable and effortlessly showed the myriad of features and adjustments on each machine. We left to think about our purchase and went back in several hours later. Chase was just as accommodating and patient as before, despite my endless questions and critiques which took us to near closing time. We made the purchase that same day and walked away feeling very well taken care of. Our installers arrived on time and were conscientious workers. My only complaint is that I would have liked them to clean the new rubber flooring that they installed of scuffs and debris after finishing the assembly. I was not home to point this out.

Jessica is professional and very knowledgeable and helpful too, the needs of our school. She listened and made recommendations that fit into what we are trying to accomplish in our weight room. Always pointing out safety concerns and keeping our students and student-athletes in mind, and I found that to be comforting.

My experience with the Precor Home Fitness Store In Walnut Creek was fantastic from start to finish. I went to the store a few times to try different exercise machines before making my final decision. Keith, the store manager, let me take my time, offered his advice when asked, and he was not one bit “pushy”, all of which was greatly appreciated. Keith was very knowledgeable about the products in his store and after making my decision on which piece of equipment I wanted, I opted to have my exercise machine delivered and set up. I only had a small window of delivery dates and times that worked for me, but Keith went out of his way and made arrangements, in an already full delivery schedule, that fit my needs perfectly. The two delivery and set up gentlemen arrived on time, were polite, professional, and did a great job. I plan on purchasing more exercise equipment in the future and will not hesitate to go back and see Keith at the Precor Home Fitness Store in Walnut Creek. I absolutely love my new exercise machine and I use it every day. Thank you, Keith, for all of your help and advice, and for a very pleasant buying experience.

The service at this Precor was great, appreciate the recommendations, and the speed at which he set up delivery of our chosen elliptical.

The bike (Spirit XBR25) helped me to rehab my leg from a tibia plateau fracture which I had surgery on. I have also lost 11 pounds which I did not even intend to do. I love the bike. Thank you.

Purchased the previous edition floor model for an amazing price! Club quality cycle with very smooth, quiet resistance.

Precor Home Fitness was great. I needed an exercise bike, and they explained everything about the bike to me. They deliver the bike on the day promised and had actually put it together before they ever got to my house. It has been working great and I love it. The guys in the store were great as well, very patient, professional, and pleasant to work with. Great experience overall.
