I sold my phone to them
I sold my phone to them, it was in a pristine condition and I had pictures to prove it. They agreed to pay £47, but I got an email with a picture of a phone like mine, but completely damaged, scratched and said they will only pay £25. After lots of emails, agreed to pay £40, but I feel scammed and cheated. Horrible company.

Thanks for your review Laura, I am sorry you have been unhappy with how your order progressed.
I just want to bring some clarity to this review; Your device was tested within 24 hours of receiving it and unfortunately your Google Pixel 4a had lots of scratches to the screen that were obvious from arms length. Unfortunately, this meant it did not meet the grade criteria you selected when submitting your order, and we did indeed have to make you a lower offer based on the condition we gave it.
Contrary to your comments, we did not intentionally damage your device - all unpacking is done under video monitoring and each item is photographed in detail to document its condition when received to avoid any issues like this. These images are tied to your file until the sale is completed. We do this as it minimizes any quality issues and gives customers a sense of security when using our service. This is reflected in our 95% 5-star reviews. These images were sent to you as requested but you didnt accept them as being your mobile.
We are always honest and clear with any order that has received price changes, with an option to reject an offer and have your device sent back completely free of charge. Your rejected the offer and we packed your device and sent it for same day dispatch providing Royal Mail tracking on the same day.
You then emailed back, changing your mind and accepted the offer. We processed the order and paid you the same day.
We do understand that every now and then customers don't agree with our valuation, which is why we provide completely free returns. I can only apologise that your order didn't progress as you had wished and you felt you didnt receive the service you had wanted.
