The gentleman that I had my appointment with was excellent.

The consultant was over 50 minutes late. Therefore our appointment was very rushed, we spent about 10 or 15 minutes with him.

Contact information is wrong yet again, after multiple times explaining new contact information.

Everything was fine didn't have to wait long to see the orthopaedic doctor. It was a long way to travel to Blackburn from Keighley especially when I had to be there for 9am. I know my legal team were still waiting for his report the last I heard from them.

Saw a specialist through Premex. Specialist said 2 weeks to receive my assessment for approval. 4 weeks later contacted Slater & Gordon, who appointed Premex, to chase up. 1 week later was told that my data had been merged with another clients and that I would have to redo my assessment. When I enquired as to why they had not seen fit to inform Slater & Gordon upon this error, I was told that it wasn't deemed necessary. It's now been 10 weeks since my initial assessment. Nothing. Nada. I am going to adopt their approach. DO NOTHING UNTIL YOU ARE FORCED TO. My accident happened September 2022. I expect settlement sometime in 2043. 10 years after I've probably passed on.

by accident. not my fault. I'm still wasting money paying double credit. I still have health problems. the horizontal spine, the cochlear and cervical spine. I did not recover the lost money. I have to work because I am alone and I have no help. and I can't go to the hospital. because I have financial obligations. at the last meeting. I waited 3 hours for this appointment with the doctor because someone forgot to call and remind me. and above all, I spend all the time on painkillers to function well. Before the accident, I paid PLN 240 for a car loan. Today I pay 420 pounds and I have to be satisfied. this is some stupid joke. . there is much more

The building was easy to locate in the city. I arrived a bit early for my appointment & was seen earlier. The doctor I saw was very pleasant & explained everything in detail. The reception area was very welcoming & comfortable.
