It would be nice to have been told "why" there was a long delay in getting the specialist report to my solicitor ( fourth report ). The accident happened over three and a half years ago and I had to contact my solicitor, only to find there were problems paying the specialist. This isn't the first time regarding delays.

I had a great experience with Premex. An appointment was scheduled for me and I was given a convenient location not far away from my living place. The doctor which interviewed me , namely Mr. Pascal Liss treated the appointment with professionalism and consideration. The meeting was scheduled for 12:30 but I was contacted and given two windows at 10:30 or 11:30 due to some cancellations which saved me some time. Overall it was a very positive experience and a straight forward process.

Both of the GPs that you sent me to to give me a medical report on the accident of 31 March 2022. In my opinion were useless.
Both of the doctors didn’t listen to me. Both of the doctors hadn’t read anything about me before the Medical review started.
The second doctor argued with me, that the conditions that I was suffering from, could not be due to the accident, if he had read the notes, then he would’ve read that the DVT started as a result of the accident and that the lump in my back, expanded and caused me a great deal of pain as a result of the accident
I continue to suffer an extreme amount of pain in my lower back because of the lipoma, the lipoma swells in size and pulses which he told me could not happen yet other doctors have told me. Yes this is an outcome of lipoma.
Since the accident, I’ve spent many many weeks unable to move, where lipoma, swells and pulses and causes me a great deal of pain at 10 over my right hip.
I’m awaiting to a with orthopaedics, again to see if the small little piece that is over my right hip can be removed. It is probably no bigger than a little finger nail. But when it is causing me pain each movement is 10 on the pain scale and over the summer lasted four weeks since then I have had three further about of pain that have lasted two weeks and between the accident and the summer of 2023, I spent many weeks Unable to move finding it very difficult just to get out of bed and go over the toilet
I also spoke to one of your colleagues over the phone to discuss whether the last dot could tell me from his review of my x-rays and scans as the weather the lipoma can be looked at and can have part of it removed, and I was told that a note will be sent to him About this matter, when I spoke to the GP about this, he refused to talk to me and argued with me to the point of raising his voice and getting angry.
So I am very disappointed with the GPs
The colleagues of yours that I have spoken to over the phone at first point of call have been fantastic
