If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered two beds and mattresses to be delivered. Paid extra for it to be delivered to room of choice. One man came told me my stuff shouldn't have been on his van and that someone else would be coming to take up to my flat. He dumped the stuff in the bottom of my tenement at 8am. Had to get family members to come help take upstairs as surprise no one from this company came back. Been in contact with them to be told it was delivered to room of choice which is LIES

Great delivery company

Excellent delivery company. Communication was prompt and concise, the tracking information very useful and the young men who brought everything in and built the furniture were extremely polite and helpful. 10/10

Delivery experience

I recently received my bed (consignment number PFJg7H14bp) and had a great experience.
The delivery and assembly team were punctual, polite, and very professional. They worked efficiently, handled everything with care, and left the space clean and tidy.
Really appreciate their excellent service, thank you!

ZERO STARS - SCAMMERS!!

If I could give zero stars i would.
This company is a joke and they scam customers.
I ordered a mattress from beds.co.uk and paid in full.
Premier Deliveries then emailed me demanding £39 for delivery even though delivery was stated as free on the website. I refused and they sent more emails and then phoned me.
The customer service representative was horrible and the call ended with me shouting at her to stop talking over me when im explaining why I wont be paying. This entire interaction with beds.co.uk and premier deliveries has been a disgrace. We are now 4 days in, ive no refund and no mattress

I have just had a king size bed…

I have just had a king size bed delivered. The gentleman who delivered, Khushpreet Singh was very helpful, polite and friendly. A credit to Premier Deliveries. I was given his details, to thank him by the customer care team, Laiba, who answered my email enquiry promptly. Thank you both.

One of the most pathetic delivery…

One of the most pathetic delivery services in the UK.

The so-called “Premier delivery” is extremely misleading. Deliveries are restricted and inconvenient, and items are only left at ground floor even for flats — which is completely impractical.
What is most unacceptable is that they demand extra charges for so called express delievery . If you refuse, they simply say they cannot deliver to your area and delay it for weeks (over 2 weeks in my case).
None of these terms were clearly disclosed before payment, which makes this highly non-transparent and unfair.
Very poor service, lack of professionalism, and no respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

Customer service

After ordering my product I was re located to premiertracking. Delivery has has now been booked for next week.
Yasmir was my point of contact via the chat bot on the site. My delivery query was dealt with quickly and efficiently, absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you yasmir

Bed-lam!

Delivery of a bed was cancelled due to there being no mobile number. A landline and email were both supplied but not used. We were not informed and waited in all day then had to chase this up. Yazir closed the chat regarding this without providing an explanation. On telephoning a very helpful lady, name beginning with A (so sorry can’t remember her name, 4 letters!) sorted out this mess for me.

Constantly changing stories

We have been having a terrible time getting a bed.
- Given delivery confirmation from both beds.co.uk and the delivery company
- No delivery comes (no communication). The reason is “it was out of stock”
- Second delivery is cancelled the day of (damaged during loading)
- Third delivery has not happened yet. I’ve been given 11-1, then 1-5 as delivery windows (I think they exaggerate the times list to get me off the phone). It is past 5.

It does not appear there is enough communication between them and the delivery company, and they each make up different stories.

Frustrating all around.
