Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible! Ordered a bed a week ago was meant to be delivered today and I go to contact them for more delivery info because they gave me 3 different time slots and they tell me they have damaged my item and it won’t come for another week! I already got rid of the old bed and moved all furniture ready for the delivery to arrive today they did not contact me with this information I had to contact them they did not call, text or email me. My tracking was still not updated an hour after the phone call so I contacted them again to see if there was just a mistake they ignored my messages even though before they responded in 2 mins I was ignored for an hour so I called they said they will call me back 40 minutes passed no one called so I called again and they said they will deliver it next week no sorry for the inconvenience sounded like they did not want to talk to me no compensation or apology. Horrible customer service if I could choose to never use this delivery company I would.

Terrible Courier and Rude Staff

Terrible company, never expect anything good if you get this as your courier, first of all; I ordered a bed and it was delivered to THE WRONG ADDRESS and had to have the homeowner that received it personally deliver it back to me as the delivery company threatened to send my bed back to Birmingham which would mean that I would have to wait even longer for my bed to arrive.
The delivery drivers are also highly disrespectful and ignorant, they arrived after I had to call them down due to the incident, the drivers were extremely ignorant towards me and continuously blaming it on a technical error, after refusing to answer my question they decided to roll up their window and leave.
Now that the homeowner had to deliver it and gave us a full story, we realise the terrible state this company is in, banged on the door extremely early in the morning threatening to send the bed back and refusing to take it back to my address when it was clearly on the invoice etc. This is definitely one of the worst courier experiences I ever went through in my life.
Terrible courier, full of a negative attitude towards the customer.
Never expect a good delivery if you get this extremely poor quality company as your courier.

Efficiency at customer service

Efficiency at customer service like no others! Always more helpful talk with someone real than a machine , save us time and sort it out our problems in one goal! The lady who spoke with me, the name is LAIBA, was professional and polite! I’m very happy !

Very happy with the service

Very happy with the service. Was given a delivery window of 12-6pm, Was delivered just after 12. Delivery men very pleasant and efficient. Also Want to thank Ahmed who booked in my delivery slot after calling in, and provided confirmations as requested. Thank you all again.

What a lovely company to work with

What a lovely company to work with!
Excellent customer service - Jafar Ali kept us informed on all delivery updates.

The driver who delivered our bed did so with care and despite ours being the last delivery of the day, he was lovely, very friendly and smiley.

Thank you for an excellent service 🙏
