Communication was great, and they contacted several times to arrange delivery and then to update me on timing. I got a call just before they arrived so I could come to the door and clear the hallway.

Ordered a bed from beds.co.uk and received a phone call from this outfit to arrange the time slot, and then a further text…all good so far..on the delivery day my slot was 6am-11am and…no one came. No call, email nothing. Went onto live chat and was told “beds.co.uk did not give us the item”. At no stage did anyone contact me. The worst bit was they rescheduled the delivery without asking me.
So I called beds.co.uk who said it was in fact sent out. And the tracker this company uses is still saying it’s out for delivery. Jokers.

A wasted day, buy and get a delivery from a reputable seller, and absolutely avoid this amateur outfit.

Placed my order for a mattress which I contacted the company to find out about the delivery date they was extremely helpful as I couldn't be at home on the delivery days they gave me but they helped me with a day that suited me fine and didn't charge extra .the ladies name is Laiba what a pleasant and helpful person she is lovely to speak to her.
