Took over 6 months to get order. Unclear expectations on delivery time and no updates on estimated arrival. Very poor experience.

I have not received my item that shipped on June 3rd. Customer service have not provided me an update. Very frustrated.

Great experience! I’ll be back.

Received the order quickly, and it was exactly as I expected it to be

I ordered a book for my daughter, and paid iwth Apply Pay, for some reason they had the wrong delivery address. I called and emailed several times, right away. Received an email
response from an agent to the request to change address. They still delivered to the wrong address, insisted there was no ticket created, never followed up. I paid extra for a signed copy. Gross disappointment. Do not recommend at all over 80$ lost, no accountability.

I originally ordered a Lou Gramm signed Foreigner 4 album and paid for the COA. After a few weeks, I received a signed album, but it was a version I had never seen before of this album (band member pictures on it) and not what I had purchased based on my invoice. I contacted PC immediately and was told they were now sold out of the album I ordered but they could either send me a different Lou Gramm signed album, or offer me a $25 credit towards another purchase. I thought, “wow”, they were offering great customer service and I jumped at the idea of receiving a different album. I requested the first Foreigner album, signed by Lou Gramm. After a couple weeks, I was again contacted and told this album was sold out as well. I then responded and shared that the online site shows you still have that album in stock (and still does today), but if you really didn’t have that version available either, I would take a signed version of the Head Games album. I didn’t hear anything back so I sent two follow-up emails. As a last chance Hail-Mary, I sent one more email and asked if PC would be able to honor their offer, or if I was too much trouble, they could let me know how to obtain a refund. The next communication I received was a return postage label and instructions on sending my item back to them.

The costumer service has just been horrible. It’s sad, because I love Foreigner, Lou Gramm, and the idea of owning a piece of music history, but I don’t think I will ever go through PC again due to this experience.

It was a pre-ordered item to ship 3/1/26. There was no shipment and no communication about it being delayed. Reached out the end of March and was told delayed due to manufacturer being behind. Asked beginning of May and was told it was delayed due to warehouse moving. Responded that I would like a refund as that isnt what I was previously told. Amazingly within a week it was shipped.

Absolutly no way to get anyone on their website. I tried so many times to get a hold on someone through email, live chat and i never got an answer to anything. Was promised when i preordered that it would ship in april/may. Shipped in June and got no information about it. Terrible experience. Never shopping with them again.

We received the book exactly when we were told it was to be here.

The order of a personally autographed book by Neil DeGrasse Tyson was a gift. It arrived within the time frame communicated and greatly appreciated by the receiver. I would definitely use this service again.

My item came in great condition but I'm very disappointed with the quality of the autographs.

I got 3 Christmas presents in one purchase. I'm sure they we all love the books. They all like DeGrasse Tyson. When you order leave plenty of time for Premiere Collectibles to get the autographs.

The packaging is always great! Everything arrives in excellent condition. I so appreciate the signed books for people I will never get to meet. I love the authentication.

I ordered an in stock item that their web site stated ships within 3 days of ordering and payment. The item was for my sister's 50th birthday, on June 16 and I ordered the item June 8, which means I should have received it by June 14 (3 days to ship and 3 days for delivery). The item was not shipped until June 24th - 16 DAYS after I ordered it. It did not arrive until today, June 30th. They told me they had moved warehouses and shipping was in flux. Their web site should have disclosed these issues and that the items would not ship within 3 days as stated.

I've gone from feeling excited about an order to attempting to cancel. The 1-3 week handling time is more of who knows when it will ship. Customer service is difficult to reach and they can't tell you when your order will ship either; just apologize for delays and offer to cancel the order.
I've opted tto cancel, which is awaiting approval, and certainly would not attempt to order a gift for others with expectations of arriving for a particular date.

Although I had to pay customs fees (which is the only downside when ordering from Italy), I couldn't be happier with my experience. The products are excellent, the after-sales service is outstanding, and the quality-to-price ratio is truly impressive. The staff is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended—keep up the fantastic work!
