Andy has helped us to secure mortgages for our own home as well as buy to let properties. We we're looking to use the equity in our property to purchase another property, but we struggled to find a suitable lender due as my partner being self employed. I work as a freelance software development contractor... through a recruitment agency... for limited companies... via an umbrella company... inside IR35 tax regulations.
