Replacement Flue
Issue with the flue fitted(not changed when my boiler was changed by another company 5 years ago) very courteous in the shop same with the manager when he came to see the problem and the engineers when they came to change it whole experience hassle free will use this company again .

Excellent customer service, office staff always call back as promised .Couple of minor issues with boiler installation promptly sorted put by their engineer Mike who is very efficient and knowledgeable, overall good to deal with a company that gives good all round customer service

Excellent boiler installation
Called their office, had a leaking boiler, arrived within two hours to make an assessment, boiler beyond repair, quote supplied same day, new boiler installed the next day.
Installation carried out without any fuss, all team extremely polite and informative, very clean tidy workers, all mess was cleared and removed from property, wouldn’t have known they had been here other than having a new boiler.
Very happy would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Gas boiler service and fire survey
We arranged to have our gas boiler serviced and gas fire survey.An appointment was arranged for the following week. We were given a 3 hour window and Michael called to let us know he was on his way.
Michael was very informative regarding our options to replace our fire.
Payment was easy via online invoice.
Documents sent via email.
I would have no hesitation in recommending.

I am so pleased with the work done by premier gas. From my initial phone call to the work being carried out everyone was so lovely helpful and professional. The guys that fitted the boiler were respectful of my property friendly polite and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend
