I always use Premier for gas servicing. Plus full central heating installation at my own home and resently at my elderly father's home. Very reliable, tidy and excellent service. Great people to deal with.

First time using Premier Gas and the service was excellent. In the past I have had a poor experience from other companies who rush the job, do not check the boiler flu and are eager to get in and out quickly without taking the time to explain things. However my experience has been the opposite with Premier Gas - Craig thoroughly checked the boiler, kindly fixed an issue with the boiler flu, made the adjustments and also kindly recommended some energy saving tips and explained how a smart thermostat works for me. Not only that, he was so lovely and professional. I especially appreciate how he simplified some of the technical things about a boiler to someone who has no experience. Certainly will be a returning customer. Thank you so much!

Having booked a service for 2 gas appliances, the engineer arrived promptly and carried out the work in a very professional and knowledgeable manner. Excellent post work certification. This is a very good company to add to your own set of 'go to' trades.
