I called Premier gas to service our fire. I was given a date straight away. The service engineer name was Aaron lovely guy and knew what he was doing will recommend premier gas to friends and family.

Terrible,came out to service my boiler,caused a leak through bad workman ship tried three times to fix leak. Eventually fix the leak but refused to fix damage to kitchen they even had the cheek to blame poor parts in boiler. What a joke !

Premier Gas have been a pleasure to commission. They keep you informed of everything, turn up on time, do exactly what they say they will do and leave the job neat and tidy. They have completed two separate jobs for us now and all of the staff we've encountered have been excellent. After some recent experiences with other tradesmen this has been a genuine surprise and I can't recommend highly enough.

I was very impressed by the Gas Engineer from this Company who serviced 2 living flame gas fires for us recently. He has a wonderful work ethic and took no shortcuts in examining the condition of the fires. He took the time to examine all the components of the fires and uncovered a serious safety defect in one of them. I have not witnessed such a high level of diligent, professional workmanship and customer care in the past. I will certainly use this Company again.

Booked at 8am with no heat or hot water, 1-4pm callout was quoted. Engineer arrived at 1230.
Engineer was informative and helpful throughout.
Heat and hot water restored before 1.30pm

Arrived as agreed, installed a hob that had defeated Miele, serviced the boiler. Prompt, personable and good value. Our go to people. Happy to recommend.

12 year old boiler condemned at service. Quick quote given for a new boiler and booked in for fitting following day. Plumbers arrived promptly, they were polite, efficient, fixed a leaking radiator as well as fitting the new boiler, left the place tidy and removed the old boiler. Saved us from a Christmas with no heating and hot water. Great company, would recommend!

Absolutely outstanding company without any exaggeration. The flame went out on my (15 yr old) boiler during temperatures of -4°c. I called them, the lady in the office offered me an appointment that afternoon but I had to go to work so we arranged it for the following day. The chap came out & diagnosed the problem, which wasn’t repairable. I thought I’d have to wait a while for a new one but they sorted me out with a new boiler a couple of days later for a very reasonable price. I am truly grateful. I cannot fault them at all and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them in the future. Thank you so much to all the staff involved, including the lady on the phone.

I went in in September to just buy 2 fires thinking it was that easy but I was booked for a survey and the engineer who came out was great he explained everything he was doing and why.i went back to order my fires Annette was so helpful and today they have been fitted .the guys were brilliant and there was no mess very friendly .I really do recommend this company .thank you all first class service.
