Would only reconnect our gas a week after having it disconnected, despite saying they would come the next day

had my gas fire replaced with new one excellent work neat and tidy they were very friendly answered all my questions would use them again

Booked an appointment to cap gas old gas fire pipe below the floor, booked within same week, came out and completed job quickly without issues, nice simple experience will definitely use again in future

Excellent, friendly service. My boiler broke down and premier gas booked me in straight away to asses it. I received a competitive quote quickly and given an appointment for a new boiler immediately. Despite it being a tricky job in a tiny galley kitchen, the job was done efficiently and cleanly with minimum disruption. Everything was explained clearly and I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend!

At short notice they confirmed my pressurised central heating system had a faulty expansion vessel and PRV valve and replaced both with minimal fuss. It is now performing as it should, which hopefully means an end to the unexplained pressure loss problem that I have experienced for over 6 months.

Carried out work efficiently and gave sound advice.
Have used Premier Gas before and will definitely be using again for this and other work.

Fantastic service from Premier Gas. After being let down by a few gas engineers, I sent an email to premier gas about a gas cooker installation, within 20 mins a lovely lady called and booked me an appointment for the following week. The gas engineer Craig arrived on time on appointment day, with updates on his due time via text, he was clean and professional, got the job done in no time, he done a great job. No hidden costs. I would definitely use them again. Excellent service. Thank You.

The team were extremely helpful. Once identified we required a new boiler they rearranged there diaries and fit is in for a new installation the next day.

I have used Premier Gas Services for a couple of substantial jobs over recent years. I asked them to replace my boiler in a tricky position on one occasion. They were prompt, and I thought they were clearly experienced, skilled and knowledgeable. On both occasions their engineers made an extra effort to do a good job. They provided an unusually good service for me and so it is a pleasure to recommend them.

I rang in the morning to ask for a gas safety check and by about 3pm that same day it was done; this was for free as we are hosting a refugee soon so even more appreciated.
First rate service and I shall be switching to them going forward.
