Just had great service carried out by Michael he was on time very knowledgeable and efficient. I have used this company for a number of years now and have been the best I have found for quality of workmanship and fair prices.

I needed a new boiler and decided to call premier gas as I had used them years ago to install a gas fire .
After having extensive work done in various areas of my home over the last 18 months I have had no end of problems and stress with every tradesman I have used !
I remembered premier gas being good the last time I used them and from the first initial call to arrange a quote I was glad I had chosen premier gas .
They were very professional and friendly , and even managed to install a week earlier than planned when my Boiler suddenly decided to pack up on me !!
The 2 fitters that came were lovely , polite and very clean and tidy .
it took an extra half a day rather than original 1 day they had thought but it was no issue at all .
They even set up the warranty on your behalf .
I will 100% be using them in future for any gas related issues I have.

I had a wood pigeon trapped behind the gas fire in my chimney and pest control services were unable to get it out as they aren't CORGI registered, and advised leaving it to die before calling a gas.fitter. I decided to persevere while the pigeon was still alive, and Arran from Premier Gas Services came out within a couple of hours of my call and did a brilliant job, quickly and confidently taking the bird out of the chimney and letting it free at the end of the garden. One lucky bird! And outstanding service from Premier Gas Services.

So my boiler stopped working at around 9.30am. 1 call to the fantastic girls at Premier and they arranged for an engineer who arrived in less than 4 hours. Boiler back up and working. THANKYOU!!

I have had a boiler repair contract with British Gas ever since I've owned a house (1980) on the understanding that by paying a hefty monthly fee, I would get a rapid call out response.

Over recent years, I had to call them out increasingly often as the boiler kept failing, and so the fee went up and up.

Last week it failed again so I went to book a repair, only to find that the first available appointment was in two weeks' time. Two weeks with no heating or hot water, while I'm paying through the nose!

I thus approached Premier Gas and have been absolutely delighted by their service.

Phone was answered straightaway, an engineer came the same day, advised that the boiler capacity was too small for the size of the property, which is why it kept failing. I checked this out online and found it to be exactly correct.

I therefore decided to have a new boiler (previous one was 14 years old in any case, and the technology has moved on). The company boss came the next day, provided me with a detailed quotation within four hours, and I was offered a new boiler refit appointment for two days later. I accepted through excellent easy-use software.

On the day, I had a tracking message telling me when the engineer would arrive and giving a picture so I would know it was him. He and his colleague were friendly, professional, courteous and respectful of the property throughout. They did the job efficiently and left the site clean and tidy. All operational details were clearly explained and questions answered. I am delighted with my new boiler.

Now, if I had stayed with British Gas, I would still be waiting another week for a repair. Also during all these years they never told me I had the wrong sized boiler - presumably because every time it failed, they got a call out and put my fee up.

So for me now, it's Premier Gas all the way.

Excellent Service from the initial phone call to the engineer arriving. Mike the engineer very knowledgeable, explained everything and advised me to check to see if boiler was still under warrant by contacting the dealer first. I did and it was. He could have said nothing and quoted me for the repairs, he didn't and I appreciate the honesty from him and the Company.

Had a new boiler installed yesterday. Very professional service. Both installers were very helpful at explaining everything and took time to ensure we understood everything that was happening. Left us feeling reassured that should we have any issues they would be more than happy to return immediately. Have used this company for over 17 years for home and business. Cannot recommend highly enough. Great professional team including Annette who helped with the bookings and followed up this morning with a courtesy call.

Annual boiler service, the workman turned up promptly for my morning appointment. Got straight to work with the service on the boiler. All went well and the couple of questions i had were answered efficiently. Premier Gas personnel are all very friendly, informative and professional. I highly recommend them.
